We stayed there for 4 nights. There is ample parking in front of the hotel (though for some reason they dislike big trucks). The room was exceptionally clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable and we slept very well for all the nights. The bathroom facilities were all great too. The breakfast was included and it was usual (cereals, scrambled egg, beans, sausage, juices and bread/bagels along with tea, coffee & juices). Ottawa is a lovely city and we were able to explore it well from the hotel. The wifi is free and open. At check-in, they provide a code that you can use to log-in. There was a swimming pool and gym available though I didn't use these. The pool was open and I saw other people using it. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we will choose it again.

The hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. We enjoyed that they had a bar/restaurant that we could sit and relax at. The breakfast which was included was very good! A great start to the day!

Not that I didn't like, but I booked there because they had a hot tub which I was very excited to use. I checked the night before by email to get the hours of operation so I could make sure to use it before closing. When I checked in they said the hot tub was broken and they were waiting for a part. I wish they had mentioned when I asked by email, as I would have booked somewhere else for that night.

We stayed one night because we went to a concert to the venue close-by. In fact, the majority of the hotel guests were all there for the concert. Consequently, it was noisy at some times. Check-in and check-out were painless. There's a whole bunch of parking around. We didn't have time to go to the pool, workout and business center, but we did have time for the bar, since there was so much socializing with other concert goers. Bed and pillows were super comfy. Room and bathroom were roomy. Toiletteries are of quality. Cool fact: They have Comcast on their TVs so you can cast your videos from your personal devices on it. Breakfast was really good!

The walls are thin and the staff knows, but it is well insulated in between floors. Bring ear plugs! If you don't know that the walls are thin, it can really disrupt your stay.

Breakfast selection was awesome but need someone to serve in order to expedite the huge line up.. Clean and convenient location.

The matresses/pillows in both roons were waaaaay too soft...time to have a change. Got extended check-out til 1pm, greatly appreciated. Had to drive back from Calabogie to pick up family and arrived at 1:03pm..wife said they were contacted 3x by front desk and cleaning staff...who didn's know about the late check-out arrangement..didn't think being 3 mins. late was that big of a problem..especially when we are repeat customers.. The bath tub and sink also drained extremely slowly...time for some plumbing work..

The housekeeping staff were very nice. I also met the supervisor of housecleaning and she was also pleasant.

The woman at the front desk was harsh when I was unable to get my shower head to work. Maybe she had a bad day....it happens. The continental breakfast hours aren't consistent so I missed BOTH. I wish I was told upon arrival bc it's not noted anywhere easy to see, like on a card in the room, or in the elevator poster ad or something. No decent food open late for delivery in the area on weekends. other than McD' close by.

The location of the hotel, near a mall. Building looks like it is new so it was very clean. The pool was great for the kids.

We were on the second floor and there was no ice machine even though there was space for it, I kept having to go to the third floor for ice which was very inconvenient. Also, the thermostat in the room wasn't working properly, we left the room one morning set at 76 degrees, we came back that night and the room was 64 degrees, it felt like I was in a refrigerator. Also, I think closing breakfast at 10 am is a bit too early, 11 am would have been more reasonable.

The stay was very comfortable and staff was very much helpful and supportive. This has been my second stay - Mehdi and Laksh have been very helpful and supportive in their hospitality. I would come again for my future stay.

Well the room allotted was as per my booking but the view was not what I was looking for so I requested a change but there was no other rooms available.

The place was very clean and the staff were great!

If someone was talking in the hall outside our door, it sounded like they were in our room it was so loud and clear. I would have liked to have been provided or emailed my bill for review. I didn't ask as I assumed it would be emailed. The breakfast was not the greatest and the eggs were terrible. We got pop from the vending machine which was expired by a few months and didn't taste right.

The Staff was excellent, friendly and so accommodating.. There was nothing they would do willing for you ... I would definitely stay there again.. Go location for shopping and reasurants.. The bar food was definitely in the top ten..

Round abouts till I got used to them then very easy when I knew where I was going ..lol..
