We stayed at the newer building top floor right by the river. Room is spacious and clean. The deck is nice and big. Breakfast is hotel breakfast, so good enough. Staff is all amazing and friendly. The pool is big and clean. The ricer lounge is sooo nice, we saw fireflies! We also rented a canoe and really enjoyed it.

The guy who cleaned our room needs more training. The floor was often not cleaned properly or forgot to replace towels. We were there for a week. The garden is being taken care of by staff which is good as it needs it. In general the hotel is a bit old but we would return for sure.

I paid 326$ for 3 days 2 nights this was one of the best places i stayed! The breakfast were included aswell Food places/restaurants are 10 minutes away If you're fine with driving around this is a good place to stay but if you want a place closeby to the tourist spot places then find somewhere else but for me this was perfect we were able to drive and the price is awesome... close to the tourist spot places are more expensive and maybe with no breakfast but this one is just perfect

this has been a favourite facility over the years (through various owners) mostly in part due to location - the ‘river view’ rooms have fairly private balconies with a scenic view of nature any time of year (dense tree cover does often obstruct view of the river but lovely nonetheless). more often than not these rooms are often pretty quiet as well. There are decent restaurants nearby and it is within walking distance of the river locks.

While I liked that this particular room had a bigger bathroom with a shower stall vs a bath, the shower was surprisingly small ( and I’m not a big person). Parking can be somewhat tight sometimes. The staff is always friendly but strangely they never ask how your stay was?

The location was excellent. Next to the river and surrounded by trees. Far from city crowd. That is what we liked most. Breakfast was food and room was not crowded during breakfast. They open up wedding hall to accommodate people during morning rush hour. Room was clean and sofa bed was good for 2 adults. Hot tub and gym was almost empty and very clean. We enjoyed our stay there.

The room was nice and clean with a nice view on the river; relaxing and beautiful; especially liked the flooring - no carpet(!) - just clean and nice! the breakfast was nice - suitable for different tastes, nothing fancy or overflowing - just good bed was nice - I booked a room that 'sleeps four', the second one was a sofa bed - still nice, we had to clean it for the day to have space in the room. There was a nice sitting area to look at the river; there were also a reception hall and organized events every evening - they were not bothering our sleep at all, but gave nice vacation atmosphere. Swimming pool - also very nice addition! In general - we liked it very much and we are thinking of going back!

The hotel's place is near a very big street with intensive trafic - this did not bother the relaxing atmosphere as we were in a building close to the river, but was difficult to leave the hotel...

The view was exceptional. Peaceful setting to unwind and relax. Lots of amenities to use and enjoy. Sitting on the deck watching the boats go by was so serene.

The room could have been a little cleaner and the pillows were terrible.

The bed was very comfortable. The WIFI was very good. The view of the river and the coloured leaves was stunning. We had a balcony and it was nice to be able to read out there in the morning. Parking in front of our room was very convenient. We needed accommodation in the west end and the Ramada fit the bill.

Our door stuck. We really had to 'slam' it The breakfast was ok, but nothing special. If offered basic choices and they were the same every day.

Very professional and dedicated reception. Good breakfast buffet Nicely situated on the shore of the river. New terrace on the river with chairs to relax.

Rooms would need some renovation, old standard in the left 2 buildings. The whole Hotel outside area could be tidied up a little.

The location had easy access. It was great to be by the water and to have some space to walk around. The gentleman who drove the shuttle bus, was light and fun and added to the stay.

The rooms were very small, felt especially so as we were 4. We made it work. When I asked for a receipt and they wouldn't give it to me. Said I had to go through booking.com and I do not know to do that.

Very friendly staff and made you feel comfortable. Room was very nice and the sights were beautiful. Only stayed there due to a flight cancellation.
