This hotel is exceptional. It's one of our favourite places to stay as a family. The beds are comfortable, in our Corner King Suite, there are 1.5 bathrooms, a large living area with kitchenette, blackout curtains in both the bedroom and the living space for the pullout bed (which is also comfortable for a pullout!). The bathrooms are brand new and everything is beautifully decorated.

The television remote is a little difficult to navigate for my parents who are a little older. The ac/heating system is pretty easy to figure out, but if you're a light sleeper, it can be a bit loud.

The hotel, room and casino was immaculately clean. The fitness center has multiple pieces of cardio equipment, full range of dumbbells, bench and cross cable machine. We had a bonus view of the lake in our room in the distance. The king room was very large and spacious. Loved that you needed a key to use the elevators in the hotel to get to your room, great security feature. The casino is a nice size and had plenty of slot machines to keep us busy, we’re not a table playing group.

Would of liked to have a little shop to buy water and fresh fruit like a banana. The people I was traveling with would of liked to have a center little bar in the casino to take a break from slot machines, have a cocktail and still be able to see the action.

Check in went well and I was accomodated by Kayla for a quiet room on a higher floor. The room was well appointed and good sized with a mini fridge, nice comfortable bed, good sized bathroom with plenty of towels/ toiletries, desk and everything I needed. The room initially did not have a coffee maker but after speaking with Amber and Taeryeon it was explained to me that they just got new ones ( previous coffeemakers were removed) and one was quickly brought to my room. I ended up staying 2 days and I was given a late checkout at no extra charge. There was a nice fitness room which I used.

Nothing really. The only thing and this is not a real criticism is that the food court was rather expensive but this is the reality now in Canada especially in the Greater Toronto area.

The building itself looks and feels very new! the restaurants available within the hotel were also very good and even opened late (or never closed). It was a very comfortable stay

There weren't many available things to do within walking distance of the hotel, all other places seemed to need an uber/car. During my stay the pool was closed for maintenance which was unfortunate. Also room service for cleaning was only available upon request 1 day prior (this part wasn't exactly unlikeable, just different than my other experiences.)

Our room was a corner King Suite and it was exceptional. It was large and well appointed. 1.5 baths with a kitchenette, good sized fridge. The room was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. It was nicer than most condos. Reminded me of the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas. Comfortable bed and pullout.

The main room wasn't as sound-proof as the bedroom. There were some loud guests in the hallway for a little bit that we could hear as we were trying to sleep, but they weren't there long. Also, the remote controls for the TV were not that intuitive and difficult to navigate.

This was a great hotel! They have what I would call a food court and most places in there are open quite late. The elevator has to be accessed by a room key which prevents unnecessary traffic and confirms people are where they should be. The property has free parking as well which was great. Staff were amazing and the beds super comfy.

I found the cost to be a bit high, if you needed to stay several nights the cost could be a bit high.

Stayed in both the standard king and executive suite. Comfortable, very clean room, spacious rooms.

The hotel lobby, common areas and elevators were dirty. It wasn't until I complained that something was done. I know housekeeping isn't 24/7 but I kept noticing the same areas not being cleaned. For the prices they charge, including resort fees they need to be more diligent in the cleaning duties.

The hotel was recently opened in Jan 2023 so it is brand new and specious. Rooms are big and luxury. There is a casino where you can gamble.

The hotel is located in isolated location so you actually have to drive little bit for resturants and other stuff. There are few resturant but the hotel is brand new, they are not fully operated but anyhow it is manageable.

I loved the feeling of security, cleanliness, and space of the room. I also loved the fact that debit was expected instead of credit card like most hotels.

I wasn't able to connect the tv to my phone to watch anything. I feel as though the tv wasn't compatible with my iphone. I spent at least 2 hours of my time trying to fix it.

Clean, quite, good location. Number of restaurants in close proximity.

Pool was closed (it is a new hotel so perhaps it is not ready yet but it was one of the reasons we choose the hotel). Three of four restaurants are inside the casino so you cannot go there with kids (under 19) luckily there good restaurants near the hotel.
