The room was big/ suite clean right temperature for hot July. Conveniently located between church and event center we were at for wedding. Lounge at bottom was convent.Easy in and out parking privileges for $10 fee which is more reasonable then the meters there. Fridge and other amenities in room all working well. Beautiful views. Beds are very soft which I like my husband did not.

There is no second floor public access to pool you must walk through lobby to access stairs only to pool. They have a $75 charge for early and late check in and check out.

Someone complained that I was wearing shoes in the swimming pool, when they were water shoes. A question is meant to be asked. Right? Or mind your business? The tone of the staff when we we came for the breakfast buffet. We knew the time. Every morning, we had a personal situation at home that needed our attention. So we ended up coming down at the time just before closing, and the staff kept checking their watch to indicate to us that the buffet would be closing very soon. I mean, we are not going to express our personal situation every time, right? Very intimidating. We managed to select what was offered from the delicious buffet and had an enjoyable time. Despite our situation, we will come back.

The porter. He worked there for 20 years. Great demeanor. You could see the depth of his experience in the little things he did.

The confusion between priceline and the hotel. We secured the hotel with a UK credit card. Once we arrived we wanted to change the credit card to be billed to avoid the additional conversion fees and got the run around from both the hotel and booking.com. Furthermore, the room was booked as a king suite because it was for our wedding day. Upon checking in we were given a two double bed suite. They did compensate with a 1pm late check out at no charge but we had to be woke from our slumber as the front desk was calling and complain as they were prepared to charge us an additional 75$ for a 2pm check out. PLUS the security deposit credit card was billed 30$ (once 20 then 10) which was unexpected.

My family loved how beautiful the hotel was on the outside and especially on the inside and they loved the glass elevator that let u see the lobby while going up and I loved that the room came with a sofa bed even if it wasn't the most comfortable the 4 of us were able to split up all the beds to be more comfortable in the room we got the people were so friendly and nice and helpful and we just loved how our waiter at breakfast went above and beyond to make our 6 year old son so happy they didn't have waffles at the breakfast buffet and he really wanted one and was disappointed and they Suprised him and brought him out a giant waffle covered in fruit and powdered sugar and chocolate sauce to dip it in all egg free because he is allergic to eggs so thoughtful and sweet absolutely amazing customer service on the hotels part thank you

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable but the double beds were very comfortable ... one other thing we didn't like was the weird glass by the door that had a curtain it let way too much light in from the hallway not sure why it's there but everything else was nice ... side note not a complaint but maybe something they could change in the future there was no little freezer in the fridge like most hotels so I couldn't re freeze my ice pack for my cooler but that's not a big deal

Room was nice. Like the separate bedroom and sitting area. Beds were comfy. Good breakfast.

One night people were partying into the wee hours pretty much until morning. I spoke to them at the front desk when we were checking out. They said they had a complaint from another room and sent security up to deal with it. Obviously it didn’t work because the partying continued. For compensation I got $10 off parking and a room upgrade for a future visit. Expected a bit more since 3 nights cost me over $1000.00.

The location was perfect, the rooms were very clean The greatest assets of the facility were its courteous staffers, from the nice rooms cleaners to the ever smiling security staffs to the reception staffs.

It would have been nicer if all the suites had a microwave each to warm your pizza or heat up your popcorn and other necessary stuffs, you had to go down to the to reception area to make use of the only available one for all the floors, especially if your room doesn't have one, Secondly it's about the only Hotel in that Axis where you had to pay for parking. We would have loved it if the bookings comes with complimentary breakfast. The carpets in the hallway are due for a change

The hotel was very convenient and the room was very big and spacious. The staff were very friendly and really helpful. I got the room with breakfast and it was a really good buffet. Overall, it was a good stay.

I don't think there was anything that could have been improved. The only thing I would say is that there were a few other people who were also staying at the hotel that were quite loud and making a lot of noise.

it's pretty roomy overall, we likes it has small living room, pretty clean.

bed too soft, and one of our room's lock has problem, but it got fixed pretty quick. And one of our room has no one clean it, called few times to have some cleaning staffs come over to clean the room. in addition, for family who has younger child, they should provide shower head that we can pull down, because it's not easy for a parent who needs to help child to take shower.

We loved the location! We also really liked the style of the decor. The staff were very lovely. Our room was the perfect set up for our family of four. The kids liked the pool and thought the elevator was super cool.

We wished there was an easier access to the pool. It made it tricky having to reserve spots because we weren’t always sure when we could go swimming ahead of time. We wished the breakfast was less expensive.

Everything except the price of liquour and my supper!

The price of liquour. I had 4 shots of rum and they were $12 each. I could've and would've bought a 40oz. bottle myself and had change left over. I expected above average prices but this was a bit much. My supper was $109 for a salad a small piece of Halibut (which I had to send back because it was so dry) and 2 glasses of red wine at $12/glass. I do give kudos to the lovely waitress who didn't hesitate to send my fish back for another one. I am upset when you stay at a Hilton, you expect better.
