Breakfast, was, per the reviews I had read, exceptional and the location good as well. Ambiance of being on a farm is quite nice. But host Toby is what makes this an exceptional place to stay. He's charming. He's personable. He's efficient. He's a great cook and host. A very impressive young man. And I look forward to seeing how he will launch from this gig as the host with the most. You won't be disappointed staying here as his guest.

Not something I didn't like but think an option to dine outdoors would be a nice option as there is a place for such.

The Servus Stratford was a real jewel. There are many reasons why. Firstly, our host, Toby, was incredibly welcoming and had many good suggestions for Stratford and surrounding area. He knew of good restaurants, shopping, walks, events and so much more. Toby’s family had a very interesting history and he shared it with us. His grandfather built the house when he emigrated from Germany and the house has a wonderful European feel. Toby also offered an excellent breakfast with food sourced right off of the family farm (which is next door). We enjoyed fresh bacon and fresh farm eggs. Toby even gifted us with 2 dozen farm eggs when we left and we continued to enjoy them at home. Secondly, the home itself was great. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were comfortable. We had the King Room and it offered a separate little seating area where we met our friends at night for games and wine. The bathroom was really well appointed with a large shower and double sinks. Our friends had the King Room with Balcony and it also was large and comfortable. Thirdly, the location of the house is what we were looking for. We were in a quiet country setting where we could see the night sky, enjoy the neighing of the horses, enjoy the scent of fresh country air and be just 7 minutes down the road to Stratford – which was so close. We would totally recommend Servus Stratford!

Location: easy access to Stratford. Quiet. Scenery was wonderful. Nice selection for breakfast. Comfortable beds. Balcony with view.

Other clients were loud when they returned in the early hours. Need for quiet should be highlighted in the room and hallways.

This is a nice bed and breakfast located on the farm and it's conveniently 5 minutes drive from downtown Stratford. Breakfast was delicious, homemade, all products are local, which is nice. Rooms are spacious and have a lot of cute little details which made rooms very cozy.

I wish there was a full length mirror in the room, but it is a minor thing. Everything else was perfect!

Toby was prompt and ready to please, the room was very nice and everything was clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Tv was not programmed for anything. More coffee service in the morning.

Our car nav system could not find the address. We found it using my phone so inconvenient and used data.

A couple of minor issues quickly rectified

Delicious breakfast. Lots of choices. Large portions. Quiet, clean. Toby was generous in sharing the story of the farm and gave good recommendations on parking and restaurants.

I would have liked a hair dryer in the room.

Breakfast was excellent, a real high point ! Location was perfect because it was out of town by only 5 minutes drive, but so quiet as a result.
