I just loved the beds and the fireplace. I just loved the staff. They were absolutely wonderful and went out of their way to help. I really enjoyed the coffee. the bar fridge was great. Everything was so clean.

In the first room I was in, (on the first night) the pipes in the ceiling made quite a lot of noise. This room was facing the street. On the second night, I had a wonderful, restful sleep (it was completely quiet). Only thing I can say is that it took a while to get hot water to the shower.

Great Location and very secure facility. The room was spacious for three adults, and we loved the rustic charm of our room. There were 2 sinks outside of the bathroom which were very convenient.

Our only complaint is that we had no control over the heat in our room, and it was very warm. Our daughter had a ceiling fan over her pull out bed, but we had to sleep with the window open to cool down the bedroom. The hotel is on a busy downtown street, and there was traffic all night. So it wasn’t the most restful sleep between the heat and the outside noise.

We original booked a regular room, which while very quaint, we found quite small. We upgraded to a suite, that was lovely! The bed was very comfortable. Nice big windows facing the street. The location can't be beat! And the staff was helpful and friendly. As far as value for the cost, it is definitely a great value for the money. Would stay again.

The bathroom was very small and basic.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable and well located.

The checkin process is confusing, the staff are at the nearby Hotel Windosr, and the requirements for self checkin involve emailing your ID, which I would never do. We went to the Windsor to check in instead. The process was well communicated in advance, but I don't think anyone should be asked to email their ID.

I liked the cosy room with it's old fashion bedroom suite and antique furniture. It had just what I needed to spend a comfortable night. There was water, tea, coffee, a small fridge and good TV Services with several platforms. The room was clean and the bathroom was well equipped with towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer, hair dryer, etc.

No elevator, floors are a little creaky.

Very clean. Great Nespresso machine! Quaint decor. Helpful staff. Great communication.

Noisy guests across the hall on our final night- so I would have liked an on- site concierge to be able to talk to them

Close to most theatres and shopping area. No fussing around with keys as you get a code to let you in and out.

My room was a bit loud given the traffic but they gave us earplugs which was great

Room was spacious, wonderful for hanging out in a separate area away from bedroom. TV and fireplace were added bonus! Coffee machine and layout of room were great!

Shower drain didn’t drain fast enough so there was some water build up.

Location was perfect for us. The staff were helpful and cheerful. The room was clean and comfortable. and quiet

We had to keep the windows open a bit as the room was too hot for us. I like a bath and it was rather on the small side.

It was very noisy due to the busy street below. Also, there was no tv, only streaming services which you seemed to have to sign up and pay for. Finally, I was surprised to have to pay an extra $20 for parking.
