Location was my choice from experience. So excellent. Breakfast was great with lots and lots of good choices.

We would prefer walk in shower. Also the grab bar on the bathtub wall was on the wrong side. Grab bars ought to be on both sides. Also, in the bathroom sink area the soap dispenser was empty. On our first night we mentioned this to a housemaid working in the next room. Again on the second day mentioned this to another housemaid who was working in our area. The dispenser was never filled.

The location was perfect for my needs since I had an appointment at the local university. I love the layout of the room. The room is spacious, as is the bathroom, and the work (desk) area was perfect. Reliable internet, too. Exceeded my expectations. I'm new to Staybridge Suites but I will definitely be back.

The breakfast wasn't so great. The eggs were fine but the bacon was overdone and VERY greasy like it was sitting at the bottom of a pan for an hour. Coffee and juice were good, but no yogurt and only canned fruit. I probably just caught the breakfast at an off-time.

Hotel location is good in a nice quite area. Room was very comfortable and clean, amenity in room and bathroom was good, kitchen was good, laundry and dryer facilities for guest available for free. Location closed to supermarket, bus station, farmers market. Staff was very helpfull and service was attended well. Breakfast quality food is good

Housekeeping cleaning need to be more detail , general cleaning request was not done thoriughly. Missing filling shampoo and bath gel, carpet was not clean properly. Coffee machine in room was not working, door at the bathroom cant be closed. Could be better if could increase variation for breakfast egg.

Jocelyn had cleaned the room and loo very well before my arrival. Spacious room and comfy bed. Delicious and diverse breakfast. Good wifi and pool. Kind front desk staff. Free laundry. Close to Walmart, bus stops and eateries.

The floor of the loo could be slightly better cleaned by Dhairya. He forgot to replace the used towels but never mind. Lately, the room’s telephone stopped working.

The Booking.com was TERRIBLE!!!!!! You never asked or gave us a senior discount, NOR did the hotel. You, gave us 3 different prices in two different currencies. Ludicrous. Because you made more money!! You never advised us the fee for our small 18 lb dog was extremely outrageous. The elevators were constantly dirty. You had people (long term) constantly smoking as the doors opened and, we were parked in the “only” handicapped parking space and I couldn’t pack the car because of the smell of smoke taking over my car.

Tithi had cleaned the room and loo well. Very spacious room. Cordial front desk staff. Close to Walmart,eateries and bus stops. Plenty of towels. Good hairdryer, handwash and body wash.

Wifi disconnects sometimes. Less space between the door of the loo and the toilet but never mind.

after a significant winter storm I had to shovel myself out around my car to exit at noon plows were out at 2 in the morning outside my first floor room and woke me up but not there for people to safely use parking lot however, 4 hotel staffers did come to help me get out with more shovels to help -snow was 2 feet high

The facilities including the pool and room were extremely clean and well maintained, customer service was on point, check in was smooth, completed by a friendly front desk agent. This was a family getaway and we will be back soon. Thank you, Sarah Brown

Our room was extremely dusty Huge dust bunnies fell of the head board. The inside of the lights were dirty as well. I reported it to the fellow at the desk. I told him I wanted to work the next morning with the cleaning staff.

The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were diligent in filling it up continuously. Very good reception staff as well. The rooms were excellent and I loved the suite style. The kitchen was fully stocked as well.

The location is somewhat off the beaten path so not much to see. Parking is shared with Holiday inn so it might get busy at times.
