I arrived at the hotel a lot earlier than the check-in time, but I could use my room (extra $50). The male staff at the front desk was very friendly and efficient, so I felt that I was welcomed there. I did not come to the hotel by car, but there was a big Walmart close to the hotel, so I was able to go there on foot (about 5 mintues) and get someting to eat. But the hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, so you should be ready for that. If you go to the hotel by car, it is no problem! There was a shopping mall about 10 minutes away from the hotel!

Nothing particular. Breakfast could be better, but it was okay.

There were a wide array of breakfast items. Two layout for breakfast dinning. We had the option to eat inside are outside. The bedroom was clean and neat. Bed was comfortable and we had a view of the pond. Beautiful in the morning as we watch the birds! Hotel is close to Walmart, a gas and ideal to get to nearby attractions such as Niagara Falls!

Very nice and clean room with nice smell . the staff was very helpful, i just try to get milk for my daughter,but they don't have for sell...the stuff open the pantry and get some milk for my daughter. I appreciate for ben kind and helpful...i usually never get disappointed with holiday inn. Thank you very much!

Appreciated the quietness of the hotel (not overly busy), room comfort and cleanliness, and a fairly decent breakfast buffet - but would have appreciated it being available until at least 10am (6:30 -9:00am too short).

No person at the front desk upon check in. Another employee had to go track down the person. Pool was quite small and was rather cold. We found a number of crickets in it which we had to scoop out with the pool net ourselves.

Rooms were large and clean. The staff were very friendly and professional. Have stayed in a few HIE&S and have never been disappointed.

The rooms were a bit pricey but were there for a tournament nearby. Many hockey and basketball families were staying there and probably priced because of that. Even still, could have been a bit lower.

There was a small pond by the hotel that was a bonus to the location. It was close to the highway and a Walmart. The continental breakfast was good. The pool was good for families with small children. It has a fitness center.

The pool was a bit small for adult swimming.

The staff were very helpful and the breakfast buffet was excellent the rooms are beautiful and clean. Strongly recommend this hotel to anyone and families.

The pillows could be more supportive and we couldn't figure out how the bathroom fan operated.

Breakfast was very good and a great variety.

I booked my room through Booking.com for a double queen bed however when I received our room it had a king size bed and a lounge chair. I immediately went to the front desk to get it changed. Went back to the new room and it was the same with a King bed and a lounge. Return to the front desk ask to get a double queen. Unfortunately they said they could not accommodate and that I would have to take the King bed. I refused and and stated that I will have to go else where. The attendant was in contact with the manager who was not working in the building however they were able to accommodate me. I appreciated the room was good and comfortable.

Staff are friendly; facility is clean; lots of parking spots; easy booking experience; overall hotel is modern and pleasant to stay in

Room not quite kid-friendly in the sense that the sink is too high for a 5-yo to wash his hands. Maybe a step stool could be made available. Hope the toilet is installed with a bidet. Toilet tissue quality can be improved. Rate is quite high for an overnight stay.

Breakfast and location was great.

The microwave shelf should have a light to light up the counter where the coffee maker etc is located. The room was a good size and the king size bed was very comfortable. The bedding was superb.
