All operating cost items such as breakfast, toilet paper, towels etc are cheap and not up to the quality image you hope to portray. Come on management show a little class. This ,might add $1 or $2 per day to room cost but would add many more to your image. Marketing folks, do some work!

Great location and a beautiful place to stay. Breakfast was stellar as buffet breakfasts go

The front desk staff were more than a little reserved and when we asked if we could buy the bottled water in the fridge by the desk we were bluntly informed that unless we were honors members we could not. As well the young blonde lady who was at the desk both on check in/out should either have some customer care training or perhaps put in a position where interaction with people is less of a requirement. She seemed to be doing her best not to deal with us at all

Great spacious room, comfortable beds, all seemed new and clean, free parking, not super close to downtown, but still okay with a short drive. Good shower.

Breakfast could be a bit better (especially the coffee... It is terrible... watery, light, just bad). There was no coffee in the room, just tea. Tim Hortons right next to the hotel (same parking lot) saved us. Bathroom... Very small and the exhaust fan wasn't the greatest, but still okay. Not a big issue.

A 6-night stay that started badly due to an unengaged, aloof employee at reception to a previous request by writing for a quiet room (who maintained the same demeanor throughout our stay) - things were expediently resolved the next day with the help of another employee. Sour start, sweet follow-up thanks to the other reception worker on the second day 😊 Rooms were extremely comfortable and all the other staff very pleasant and friendly - corresponding to what we found to be the general attitude of the people in PEI. 😍

Breakfast service was chaotic (maybe overwhelmed by the number of guests) - often not enough room, and lacking the expected eggs at times. We opted to start taking the food to our room. We did feel sorry for the staff!

Everynthing was so good, I loved the breakfast and the gym, incredible experience and value for money. 100% recommended

Small pool, i can't swim

1. Bathroom not that clean for a relatively new hotel. 2. The fan in our bathroom did not work throughout our stay. We called the front desk, was told maintenance will check it out but it didn’t get fixed and no one got back to us till we left. It was rough experience using a bathroom without a fan for 3 nights! 3. Only one set of washer/dryer to serve the whole hotel customers

The room was clean, big space, the receptionists were very kind, the breakfast is delicious, the whole hotel is amazing , I definitely recommend it, and I def come back soon!!

It was an excellent stay. Met all our expectations. If the opportunity presents itself will stay here again.

Nothing negative to say. I would like to have plugged in my electric car. There were no traditional EV plugs, only standard 240 volt outlets. Because of the shape of my Ford supplied cable end the housing around the plugs did not permit my cable to connect - the receptacle was countersunk.

Excellent place to stay. The room was clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

Nothing negative to say other than it would have been nice to be able to charge my EV. The 240 volt receptacles were surrounded by plastic housing and could not accommodate my Lincoln provided cable - the plug would not fit. There were no traditional EV charging stations. .

Location was excellent. We are looking to our 2nd stay at the same location in about 16 days.

With respect to breakfast, we are low-carb, non-processed, free range, organic, hormone free, etc. kind of folks. We think the cooked eggs, meat and hash brown were processed so did not eat them the 2nd day. We took a yogurt and banana for brunch later.
