Room was equipped with a lot of towels and cups. breakfast was delicious for continental, the pancake machine was a fun surprise! Beds and pillows were comfortable.

I wish the breakfast had a bit more fresh fruit. And the only water filling station was in the gym - which required a specific gym key card from the front desk which was inconvenient. A water bottle filling station in the lobby would be very helpful! The communal hallway carpet near our room gave the hallway a very sweaty smell. Room was totally ok though. And the one hallway door outside our room needs some DW40 - it was really disruptive with squeaking and slamming shut.

The room was comfy, the hot breakfast was a huge bonus which we enjoyed every morning! Staff were lovely and polite. The kids absolutely LOVED the water slide, and we enjoyed the games room on our last day. The room was nice and quiet, and the hotel is at a nice central location... easy to get anywhere we wanted to go.

The chlorine smell from the pool was really strong; it's possible their air handling unit isn't working well. The place is a little dated, and the rooms could use more lamps/softer lighting.

Everything was excellent. Our family had a great time. Breakfast was delicious, rooms were very clean with good amenities. Pool was amazing

The only thing that I didn’t like was I had an emergency throughout the night and was looking for sanitary products for myself to get me through. I was disappointed when I went to look for one and ask the staff to know that there was nothing available at the hotel. I think those things should be on hand even to get just one.

WE actually had a four night stay but we had to move the last night to another room. The rooms were spacious and clean and the cleaning staff worked hard to keep everything tip top. After the first night which was a little noisy, things settled down and there was not much corridor noise. We very much appreciated the friendly manner of Vera on the breakfast crew.

We did not realize that after breakfast there was no food service in the building . and there was a little mix-up in our having to change rooms the last night. The laundry room machines are going to require lots of service.

Breakfast was excellent as was the staff looking after it. Loved that there was coffee all day and free bottled water. Location good for supermarket and drugstore as wellas restaurants

Not that it was the fault of the hotel but getting back from downtown at night was stressful when we couldn't get a cab. It would make me rethink where I stay if I didn't have a car. I've stayed in msny different hotels and I found the mattress in this one to be less comfortable than most.

Booked for the indoor pool with slide. Others didn’t seem to have a slide so we went with the cheaper hotel & did not have high expectations. Amazing place - exceptional continental breakfast (compared to other Canadian hotels we’ve been at), friendly staff, comfy beds, pets allowed, indoor pool & slide. Please be careful with little children with the slide. My 9 year old was about halfway between sitting up and lying down when he got into the pool. The force of the water was pushing him down. It was one of the most terrifying moments for all 3 of us, however it was a learning opportunity. He knows not to fully sit up, not to panic and fight against the water but to swim to the side away from the “current”. Despite this my son still said “I love this hotel!” and wants to go back. The breakfast was delicious and my son and I got to experience a self make pancake machine by the push of a button. That was fun haha. The staff were surprisingly friendly and seemed happy to be at work! The games room was such a nice bonus. The Nintendo switch wasn’t working but that was alright, we played fuse ball instead. We were with our dog & they cleaned so well that I didn’t see any signs of previous dogs. My dog of course smelled them but to us basically the entire place smelled fresh!

The sliding outside door wasn’t opening/closing properly. It was very difficult. The safety bar was too short.

Cleanliness, great and respectful staff to chat with, understanding, and rooms were very tidy.

That one hockey team (mostly the lack of parental supervision, so, no one to blame on our or your end). But, that’s no fault of staffing. >_> Otherwise, everyone and everything has been great.

The location is great, very close to the downtown of Charlottetown. You can drive to basically any famous viewpoint within 30mins, such as PEI national park, Anne of green gable, etc. and it is super close to the Cows creamery, it’s only 5 mins drive away. The breakfast is okay, typical American breakfast nothing stood out.

The staff was friendly and accommodating! The location was amazing, so close to everything! Pool was great, it was cleaned daily which was great.

It was a bit dated

I really liked my little room. It was clean, quiet, and very cozy. Liked that I could open the window and have fresh air. Breakfast was good. Liked the location of my room, tucked away. Lots of plugs by the bed. Lights in just the right places.

The only thing I didn’t like was being next to the ice and vending machines. Luckily, not many people used them that night.
