Hotel was clean, modern and overall a good hotel. We had been traveling around the Maritimes and we were so glad that they had laundry facilities on site. Bring your coins, because you need 1 loonie and 2 quarters for each the washer and dryer. Front desk did have a bit of change if you needed some, but not sure how much. Room was spacious, bathroom was average size but clean. We asked for towels to be changed and toilet paper refreshed one morning and it was done when we got back. Overall good experience.

We stayed in a room that was on the bottom floor which felt like I was going into the basement. I prefer ground level or above, but since the room was clean and modern we stayed and it was fine. We went to check out the breakfast one morning and it was so busy and very small area, felt a bit uncomfortable with the spacing so we decided to opt out and go to Tim Hortons down the street.

The breakfast was excellent. The location is also excellent. I was surprised that the Keurig pods were not resupplied the next morning and that the towels were not removed (I put them inside the bathtub). It was only when we were leaving that a relative told me they don't completely clean the room during the stay. However, given that it was just my husband and myself, that was fine. If I had been traveling with children, it would have been a nuisance.

I would have liked a couch/sofa in the room, but I realize I did not pay for a suite.

The room was very clean, a/c worked perfectly, but what was awesome were the beds! They were so comfortable and the pillows were great as well. The linen s were really nice. I even looked for tags to see a name on them( but couldn’t find one lol) We joked about coming back just to get a good night’s sleep!

It was in a good location, close to were we were going.

staff was exceptional, we had asked for a room upgrade as we ended up needing to take our kids, and she put us up in the family suite without any extra expense! wonderful hospitality

nothing, with the exception on a creepy guest hanging around our car at the door late into the evening. I was extremely uncomfortable and had to go through the front entrance due to this man, not leaving the door area.

When we checked in, there was a lovely lady at the desk named Lauren. Very professional, great smile and an all around nice person. The breakfast buffet is great!

The water in the pool is really, really cold 🥶. We were looking forward to a swim. I couldn't get in. I got 2 feet in and that was it. You really need to increase the temperature.

Breakfast was basically the sane every day and while the hot items tasted a little processed they gave us a good start to the day.

The air conditioning unit in our room acted odd at times turning off the fan at times when we set it for continuous use.

One thing we did not like is housekeeping staff cleaning floors around 8:30-9:15pm, using the vacuum on tile is very loud and couldn't sleep. The vacuum was being banged off door and walls and our last night had soccer teens being very loud which we had a long 17hr drive home following day of checkout.

Very nice and relaxing and the cleanliness was excellent. The little menu was just right for my wife and I because we like a little breakfast meal. The service and the staff looking after the kitchen were so accommodating.

If you came back late at night parking was a little limited and you had to park a distance away from your room. This was due to a hockey terniment in the area.

The staff were exceptional. All staff we encountered were friendly, and super personable. They deserve to know how good their personal enter actions were with us and our group. I just can’t say enough good things about them.

I would have loved to have bacon on the breakfast menu!

The hotel was in a good location to everything.
