Liked 2 bathrooms, small kitchen, outdoor areas.

Mini fridge made noise constantly and fridge door would not close properly causing freezer to melt and drip on food on the fridge shelf. Blanket given for sofa bed had someone else’s hair all over it. So did pillows and sheets on master bed. Garbage seen on floor when we arrived on carpet and behind toilet.

The room was a ground floor suite w/ two bathrooms and a separate bedroom that opened out into the pool area. If you're looking for ultra quiet, remember this is a family vacation place where kids play in the pool. Not a problem for us. Also, nice large hot tub adjacent to the pool. This was Iron Man weekend at Tremblant, but the staff remained helpful and friendly. For us, the real bonus was how we were assisted after I had a bad cycling accident. The front desk folks and other personnel were so incredibly accommodating and helpful during a super busy weekend I can't sufficiently express how grateful and impressed we are. All in all - highly recommended for location, staff and comfort. Note: there is no restaurant at this location, but the rooms have kitchens and utensils to cook, which we took advantage of, and there are a number of restaurants in the area.Sp

A very family oriented establishment, the staff are very pleasant and helpful. The pool and hot tub are nice and big, the common room has enough to entertain everyone of all ages (pool table, foosball and pin ball machine). The scotch bar is a nice touch for those who want an evening drink. If you ask, they keep board games at the front desk that you can use which is nice (to not have to travel w that). We really appreciated the VIP Shuttle. It's nice that once you're parked, you can still make it to the hill.

Would be nice if the pool was open later, especially during the summer months. I only say this because after dinner it's the mad dash to make it back in time for a quick dip. It'd be nice if the mini putt on the grounds was up and running too. A very cool feature that seems to have been forgotten. I noticed a fire pit too, while it was clean, I didn't notice if it's something that gets used in the evenings? But would be a lovely touch for the kids, to do s'mores. Lastly, either continental breakfast or the option of buying one would be nice.

The hotel was well appointed and tasteful. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The woman explained everything in English including marathon road closures and options!

The facility was a little worn and there was some mildew in both showers. Carpet had some small stains.

Breakfast was continental - Two croissants, juice and some other small tidbits in a box hung outside the room door. OK for a light breakfast. The restaurant attached to the hotel is excellent and worth it. Classic French food well-prepared, good wine list. And you can get up at meal's end and take the elevator to your room. Eating doesn't get better than that!

Parking is an experience. There is an open lot parking facility next to the hotel for $32 per day Canadian in a deal with the hotel. HOWEVER, the hotel recommends taking everything out of the car - which they will store in the hotel for you. And the lot is outside which meant taking all the snow off the car in order to leave in winter - which we did. There are nearby indoor garages about two blocks away for $25 Canadian though.

Hot tub is great. The ski shuttle and driver was great service and one of the reasons we stay there.

There is no longer any breakfast, which used to be included. Pool was closed. We thought we would have 2 bathrooms as we had previously but the room only had one. The one we had, since it was large, could have had a small table or storage unit to put things on. Minor problems with room - bathroom door would not close without slamming and sink drainage was very slow but we reported it so it should get fixed and probably just a problem with that particular room. Otherwise it was the room we expected.

I rented the 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom room for my daughter and I. From start to end, it was great. The lady at the front desk was lovely. The lifeguard lady was nice and friendly. The shuttle driver of the Chateau to and from Mont-Tremblant was awesome. The bedrooms had a lot of space to put your clothes away. Will certainly go back for sure.

I loved everything. However, it would be nice to have a little restaurant inside even though it's easy to order out or cook for yourself. But I still loved it.

The mattress was extremely comfortable. The room was nice and very convenient, especially the small kitchenette. Generally we were pleased with our stay.

The room could be cleaner as we found quite a few dust spots. The hotel should probably work a bit on the price because it's a bit pricey considering they do not offer breakfast. If you add family breakfast and then consider other hotels that do offer this option, then they probably not competitive.

The hotel and grounds are beautiful. We really appreciated the lounge/game room where there were tvs, pool table and sofas to hang to out. All of the staff we met were very friendly. Although we did not use the outdoor hot tub, we saw many people enjoying it.

The carpets and kitchen in our room were not very clean. The hotel could also improve the bar area. The drinks were a little overpriced and the indivual serving them did not seem like they enjoyed being there. The pool was also closed, which creates a lack of activities for young children. A functioning pool and breakfast option would be such a huge plus for this hotel.

Very nice hotel and one-bedroom suite! A nice kitchen you can cook some quite meal. Very convenient location with a shuttle bus to the ski resort between 8am and 10:45pm. Just 6 minutes drive. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A nice outdoor hot tub to enjoy after skiing whole day. The game room has a number of games to play, and the books and board games. The beds are very comfortable, even the murphy bed.

It needs to pay to play some games, like Pool, Pinball, etc. Not very close to any grocery stores.
