Beautiful, charming room and hotel in a lovely location in Old Montreal. We loved the look of the exposed beams in the room, and overall the design was a mix of modern and classic. Every person we met working front of house couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. They had loads of advice about getting around the local area, and there were lots of lovely restaurants, cafes, bars nearby. They also went above and beyond to make sure that I had a (very tasty) gluten free croissant as part of my breakfast. We would happily stay there again!

We loved it and it wasn't an issue for us but it's worth noting that there are steps in to the hotel and up to the rooms.

Super location in the old city. The waterfront, Notre Dame and otheer areas of interest were within walking distance. The king eoom was charming with brick walls and a fireplace. The air conditioning was perfect and so quiet we could not hear it. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was excellent.

The box breakfast could have been better. The muffin was the size of an ice cube. The croissant was delicious but the scoop of cold oatmeall with no milk was not to our taste. Perhaps some cheese and some of those wonderful Montreal bagels everyone kept raving about. The coffee was fine and the staff also brought a double shot of expresso which we poured into the coffee to achieve the strength we enjoy.

Location, location, location! In the heart of old city Montreal, Epik Hotel is situated in a prime location near the Port and the first public square of the city, built in the 1600s. The mysterious alley ways and architecture give the neighborhood an old world charm. Eateries and cafes line the street and will please any food junkie. The hotel staff and hospitality are top notch!

Some of the furnishings show normal wear and tear, but that won't deter us from staying again.

This a very small quaint hotel in old Montreal. The room was very comfortable with beams on the ceiling, stone walls and a fireplace. It had a very modern bathroom with mood lighting in the shower. The whole hotel was spotless. The staff were fantastic, I can't say enough about the excellent service they all gave us. The breakfast was excellent and different each morning . Very close to everything. We never heard any noise.

The only complaint we had was the lack of an elevator. BUT the staff carried our luggage both up and down for us.

The room was upscale with elegant furnishings and a beautiful, large bathroom. Wonderful staff. Nice breakfast that you can have in the hotel's bistro, in your room or boxed to go. Parking is right behind the hotel and rates are reasonable. Location is fabulous - right in the heart of old Montreal. We walked to the old Port, Notre Dame Basilica and didn't need our car for our 2-day stay because a metro station was nearby for any excursions outside of Old Montreal. We will most definitely return for future visits!

What a great little hotel! Easy walk from cruise ship terminal and in the middle of the old historical quarter in Montreal with plenty of restaurants and trinket shops. Rooms were beautiful with an old world charm. A box-type breakfast was included, which was nice.

So you are aware, there are no elevators, so you may be on a 3rd floor lugging up luggage. Fortunately, since we arrived in the morning after a cruise, they stored the bags for us and moved them to the 3rd floor for us, which was great! The staff should help you with luggage if needed.

I was in the room next to the restaurant downstairs. The noise from the restaurant did not bother me because I watched TV and the fall sleep.

It is a very small hotel you do not have a lobby or any balcony to sit and relax

The ambiance was cozy and artsy. Didn’t feel pretentious; it felt comfortable. Staff was lovely and welcoming!

Nothing stood out as problematic. Maybe it can be tricky to unload lots luggage from street since it’s a narrow street. But it wasn’t an issue for us since we had a small bag.

Everything was amazing. Friendly people very pretty rooms lovely rainfall showers.

Breakfast isn’t so much breakfast. Rather a pasty and a juice but that isn’t so much a bad thing just putting it out there :)

The front desk stuff Anna and Emma are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is healthy and delicious. The restaurant offers yummy food. I ate there on a busy night. The manager still took good care of all his customers. It’s a wonderful 3 nights stay.😃👍
