Le Westin was in the perfect location to explore Montreal! My sister and I had a wonderful time walking through the beautiful city scattered with thoughtful green spaces and stunning architecture. The food scene in Montreal is incredible and returning to Le Westin at the end of a long and adventurous day was comforting. The staff was welcoming and the room was clean- truly a wonderful stay!

The only issue we ran into during our stay was with parking on the first night. When booking our stay I read that there is hotel parking. However, due to a travel delay, we arrived at Le Westin past 12am. We found out that the parking garage was closed for the night and we had to find parking elsewhere. This ended up being a little stressful for us because most of the parking garages were closed already and it was our first time in this city. After driving around in a few circles we found the embassy suites parking garage was still open!

The location, and stall was excellent. The bed was super comfortable. Good advice from staff about a parking app for street parking. Cleaning staff very accommodating. Excellent server at dinner.

Maintenance -light bulb needed replacing, sink slow to drain, unable to change tv to English without help of maintenance staff “ needed to choose francais”, also needed help with thermostat. General info brochure not helpful would prefer a brochure about the specific hotel we were staying in. eg location and timing of pool ,fitness and restaurant etc

Nice hotel in a great location. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are big, comfortable, and clean. This free WiFi is fast enough to stream, so you don't need to pay for the enhanced. I was even able to host a zoom meeting with about 15 people with no problems.

I would have loved it if there was a room service option. I wasn't feeling great one evening, and would have loved to order in a simple meal/soup.

this time, post COVID, the room and hotel could have done with better and efficient cleaning. we had to request the room to be cleaned especially the floor. we had to request for coffee (there was a lack of normal coffee, only decaf was provided), the room was always dusty and tables tops still dirty (drink’s ring still present). we had to request for the food left outside in the corridor to be picked up when it was left there for more than a day. they did not replace the glasses. disappointed for the costs and that we stayed 15 days!

Great location. Fabulous set up for parking. The valets were great and it was nice to park under a covered area and remove luggage. Many people were checking in at the same time as us and this made it a bit difficult to know who would take our luggage and where to go to check in.

We could not find a map of the layout of the property that showed work out facilities/pool/entrances and exits. Also the beds are very comfortable but not so much on the pull out sofas.

The location is right at the border of Old Montréal. The hotel is modern and clean. Our room had a section with an ample sofa bed for our 16-yr old daughter, separated by a door to our room. Large bathroom. Comfortable bed. Couldn’t have been happier with it. We arrived from Michigan by car close to 10 PM. Restaurant was open & we had a refreshing meal. Plenty of wonderful eateries nearby.

I really liked the location of the hotel

We had a 40 minute delay in getting our room. We got to the hotel at 8pm and the room should have been ready by 3pm. We finally got our room and were told the luggage will be delivered to the room. Half hour later I had to come down and get my own luggage. Finally settled in and thought we would take the kids swimming only to find out the pool was closed.

Couldn't ask for a better location. Everything was in walking distance. Room size was spacious with lots of room to move around and the beds were super comfy.

Couldn't get room service after 8:30pm. Would have liked if there was more information available on how to get around the city, best attractions to see and what restaurants were close by.

The rooms were quite large, and the hotel was beautiful. The rooms had everything you'd expect, and even included bottled water.

An extra chair in the room would have been nice. Also, the elevators bounced quite a bit when people got on or off, which was somewhat disconcerting. The only other thing that would have put this hotel over the top into the excellent category would have been if room service were an option.

The customer service was excellent at Westin from the valet to front desk reps and restaurant staff. Everyone was so friendly; and bilingual which made communication easy. The hotel is modern and clean and a short walk to restaurants, bars, and shops in beautiful Old Montreal as well as Cirque du Soleil, an amusement park, and everything else. Great location, and a pleasant stay.

The only issue we encountered was that the electrical outlets on the desk were too wide or worn and wouldn't hold plugs in properly to charge our phones and my husbands hearing aids. But we found other oulets.
