The property is close to the Metro so it’s perfect for a weekend trip. Also very close to Old Montreal and getting to and from bars.

I wish there was on-site storage of baggage between the check-out time and our flight out of Montreal.

We stayed in a 4th floor studio and it was spacious with lots of natural light, and surprisingly quiet during our stay in late June. The apartment is a short walk to Metro orange line (and only a little further to Berri UQAM which will give you access to 3 lines). Chinatown and Old Port area are also walkable for tons of food and drink options. No staff on site, but the app makes check in and making requests easy- we requested more coffee and fresh towels one morning and staff delivered them to our door within 5 minutes!

Lack of luggage storage was inconvenient since our flight landed at 10am. We had to pay to store our bags at Hotel St. Denis down the street. The mattress was terrible! Too mushy and super creaky- the whole thing would shake every time my bf moved on his side. The washer was convenient but we discovered (too late) that the dryer didn’t work so well. The windows look out onto a littered alley.

Everything was perfect. Very clean and modern studio - we were so very happy to get a very early check in and get to know about Sonder’s properties. I will definitely book with them again

A very few minor points I’d like to raise: - the kitchen could have a little more kitchenware for baking. I bought and left behind a whisk and a cake pan - the big large windows are great for light but were dirty outside and it would have been very sweet to have the shades closing from bottom up to have the perfect mix between privacy and light - our room 203 was oriented to the back alley with the very sad view of a homeless sleeping outside despite the harsh winter. Nothing Sonder was responsible for of course but hence my point about the shades.

The property was clean & well located with good facilities.

It would have been a huge plus and extra points to have had facility to store luggage securely at the premises especially as if like ourselves we had a late 10pm flight, which although we paid extra for a 2pm check out ,it still meant we had 4 /5 hours with heavy cases. We checked up on the Sonder apps suggestion for off site luggage storage at a local store listed , but when staff were questioned they knew nothing of this service & so this did not fill us with confidence .

The location was great; an easy walk to a subway station and the old downtown area. The kitchen was well appointed. The apartment felt like our place during our stay: very private. Despite being a very busy time because of F1 Grand Prix, the staff was very responsive and helpful.

The main bed was very comfortable, however, the sofa bed was not.

Location and amenities

People smoking in the staircase. Not the property managers fault, but maybe have cameras there so they can stop this behavior? Also we had a party of 3 but only 2 sets of towels. Called immediately after checking in but they didn’t arrive with more towels until about 11am the next day, too late for our morning showers.

- Great location, the property is in a walking distance to the Metro station. - The facilities are very clean, the kitchen is fully equipped and convenience.

- There were many noice from upper floor during the time I stayed at my room. The noice came from the moving chairs or something that making big noice.

Great place has all the essentials you need without traditional hotel services, like your own kitchen. Thumbs up, we'll totally stay there again in the future.

They need a lamp in the sitting area...a bit dark with only the kitchen light source. And I wish they had Netflix integrated... You have to chromecast from your own device which is annoying in set up.

The building interior was lovely and tastefully decorated. The room was very clean and comfortable. Every detail in the room was well thought out, right down to the embossed toilet paper. It felt like a home away from home. The location was also perfect. Close to Central station and all the tourist hot spots. I would certainly stay here again.
