I loved my stay at this hotel. It’s one of my new favourites. The design was beautiful and the room was wow! Very clean and I’m very picky about cleanliness. Also, I loved the lighting on the bathroom mirror. It made me want to buy one for my bathroom! Everything about my stay felt luxurious and comfortable. I even loved the coziness of the bed. Finally, the attention to detail with the Montreal-themed art was such a nice touch. I even took a photo of the wallpaper in the closet to show everyone that I know (it had a pattern of iconic landmarks of places all around Montreal), because it was so impressive!

The location isn’t that close to a metro. Not a huge deal, but it’s also not in the liveliest location and very quiet at night in the winter. Though the summer is probably different. Also, as an FYI payment can only be made with a credit card (they don’t accept debit) and the hotel takes a $75 deposit. It wasn’t a huge deal, but should be made known in advance so people aren’t inconvenienced.

Very comfortable hotel in a great location. It's about 10 minutes to Old Montreal (central square) and lots of options for restaurants and bars. I'd personally skip the hotel restaurant. It was expensive for okay food/drinks.

How clean and new the hotel look. Customer service was top notch too

When they cleaned my room they forgot to give us. 1. coffee cups 2. body was 3. extra toilet paper. We are only 2 but they never refilled anything

The rooms were modern, finished to a nice standard, clean and comfortable. The rooftop facilities were great! A nice rooftop bar with sun terrace and a swimming pool. Location was ideal for us as only minutes walk to the old port and very close to plenty of restaurants and bars.

We were caught off guard by the price on booking being exclusive of taxes. Having booked places in North America before this hasn’t usually been the case even if not paid for via booking. So be sure to check before booking. Although our stay was nice, we did think that breakfast should be included for the price paid. We did think the pool was quite cold, it worked for us but did stop us from using the pool as much as we had planned to when we had booked the hotel.

Breakfast, was not great nor were the appetizers offered by the rooftop lounge. Keeping in mind that life in general is very expensive these days and travel is usually even more expensive, $30 for breakfast is steep and should be exceptional at that price. Items like chicken wings would be a great addition to the menu. They appeal to western guests. An older demographic of clients are looking for a "little bit" of home from time to time when they travel.

Can't say that there was anything. We slept and rested in the room. The rest of the time was spent visiting local attractions. That is what paid accommodations are generally for unless they are resorts or spas.

It is a very clean, modern hotel. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The view from the rooftop terrace is fantastic. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the old town and port.

We would prefer china cups rather than takeaway style in the room, and a kettle rather than a coffee maker. The duvet was also a little heavy for the time of year. All very much personal preference stuff, there are no problems at all with the hotel.

Very Nice room and overall the hotel was extremely beautiful

The rooftop terrace closed at 9 even though we were told that it would be closing at 11. First night a man walked into our room around midnight and ran out again. Reception Said it was maintnance which had gotten the room number wrong - but it was very scary and uncomfortable to be honest. The rooftop also turned into a teenage party one of the nights which was quit unpleasant

We had a great stay. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. The location was very central and a nice change from the cramped older properties we have stayed in prior years. Walking distance to pretty much all of old Montreal. The rooms are fantastic - ours was a high floor )7th floor) king with a city view and it was nice and quiet. High ceilings, newer modern furniture, fresh and spacious with large windows. Loved the large gym which was well equipped. Can't beat this central location. Highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is relatively new and beautifully designed. It is located just at the edge of the old city, but it's an easy walk into the center. Breakfasts were very good and the staff were all very helpful and nice. I particularly liked the nightlights that were on motion sensors.

The room was quite small and the King bed seemed not quite as big as expected. The way the furniture was placed made it tricky for two people to get around each other.

This hotel is in a great location in Old Port and the staff is fantastic. The space was very clean and well maintained. It was also very well decorated with flowers, concrete accents, and textured seating.

The parking is very difficult to get to you, You need to go around and they do provide a map but it isn't great. You also need to check in before you park or else you will need to walk up quite a bit of stairs to get into the hotel.
