Room: A large room with all the facilities you need; fridge, large flat screen TV, coffee maker Bed: large king sized bed which was very comfortable. Location: just one street down from Ste Catherine street where there are many loud bars that go late into the night, but not a sound can be heard from the hotel.

I have stayed in the hotel many times and it could always be a little cleaner. The curtains never seem to be washed and sometimes you might find the odd mark on the wall or curtain. But it has definitely improved over the years and is my preferred low to mid cost hotel to stay in when in Montreal

This was a great place to stay for the price. What you get is a clean room, a hot shower, and a comfy bed. I didn't really need anything else besides that. Of note, I forgot my room key one night at around 11pm and there was someone at reception to quickly give me a new key. Overall, I was quite pleased.

The bathroom fan wasn't strong so after taking a shower the bathroom would remain misty for quite a long time. The drain to the bathtub seemed to be somewhat clogged as the water would slightly pool and backflow. If these two thing were addressed I'd have no complaints.

The location is ideal, super close to anything in the Quartier des Spectacles, downtown, Chinatown, Old Montreal and the harbour.

The carpet in my room was filthy, nail clippings and bread crumbs from previous, my socks were definitely stained after just one day of walking on that carpet. Toilet not working all the time, curtain partially falling down, not enough light in the room etc. The rooms need an overhaul for sure.

Amazing location, metros close by, many places can be reached walking, stuff is really friendly and very helpful, nice cafes and restaurants are around the corner, city center also around the corner, additionally the bus from the airport stops right in front of the hotel

it was a great stay, nothing to really complain about. The only slightly negative thing is that it is not possible to open the window, at least not in the floor I stayed in.

It is unfortunate that only one person working at the reception can spoil the whole impression of the hotel. Extremely rude and unprofessional attitude towards guests. Persons like that should not be employed in such positions. Check- in was late for almost two hours becomes the rooms were not ready. When we asked to use toilet, we were told to do it on the street. Unbelievable! I certainly won’t stay at that hotel again.

- location, walking distance to everything I wanted to see - I arrived early morning so the fact that they had a place to store my luggage (for free) until 4pm check-in was perfect. However, they charge $4 per luggage after check-out... which was still OK for me.

- tv didn't work at all (not a big deal for me, I wasn't spending much time in the room) - loud, noisy A/C in the room, and you can't control/ change the temperature

The reception lady let us check in slightly early and park our car. Another lady allowed us to use their microwave as our first room didn't have one. Staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Our first room had a leak coming in from above. We rang reception twice and eventually someone came with a garbage can to put under the drip. He gave us free breakfast coupons for the next morning but no available rooms to change rooms that night. The next morning we went to reception to see if we could change rooms and were told it's fully booked. However a little while later, the maintenance man knocked on our door to inspect the leak and said you need to change rooms and he will speak to the reception staff. Straight away we were moved to a fresh room just across the hall (with a microwave!) and it was great. They remedied everything as soon as they could and the location and price could not be faulted.

The location is excellent, everything is nearby - lots of cafes/restaurants and shopping. The Chinatown is right across the street, lots of Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Japanese food for a small price. The 747 bus to/from the airport stops right next to the hotel. The room was also large and consisted of a hallway with a sofa and TV, a work area with a desk and then the room itself with a bed and a bathroom. There is a coffee maker in the room.

Room was very large - sitting room + bedroom. We were only there for 12 hours so not much use. Close enough to Chinatown, old town to walk to. Right on the747 bus line (very convenient for trip to Airport).

We had to pay to have them store our bags until checking. Absolutely the first time I have been CHARGED for this. No onsite restaurant despite the listing (Covid?) Closest Metro rather messy with construction.

Clean adequately sized room. Available parking. Convenient location to city sites.

The associated breakfast buffet facility, which is paid separately from the hotel accommodation, was of poor quality with limited breakfast options. We were only offered the breakfast buffet option. The bacon was over cooked and had the character of beef jerky. After the first experience we went elsewhere. A better option is to walk a few blocks to a local shopping mall food hall which provides a bigger range of alternatives at the same or cheaper cost.
