The stay was excellent, new facilities, very clean and equipment working perfectly. Staff very attentive and polite.

My only complaint is that the Hotel states on Booking.com that there is parking on site, when in reality there is not and you have to park in public spaces nearby. I particularly considered this point in my decision to book, but I had to park 2 blocks away which is not a very pleasant activity in winter and with the usual snow levels in Montreal at this time of year. I suggest the hotel review and update this information on Booking.com

Beautiful hotel in an ideal location and parking at the convention centre was only a short block away. Location was in a safe area. Continental breakfast was sufficient (boiled eggs, cheese, bagels, yogurt, croissants, danishes, cereals) and access to coffee 24 hours. Room and washroom were exceptionally large, nice having a Mac computer in the room . Hotel is walking distance to Old Montreal and downtown Montreal. Basilica only a few minutes away. Didn't need to drive anywhere, except took an uber to check out Montreal Casino (largest casino in Canada) it was beautiful! Only 13 minutes away from hotel by car. I would stay there again.

Pillows were too soft but King size bed was great.

The room I booked was a Junior Suite which was very spacious and bright. The bed was large and comfortable and the pillows were regular pillows. There were a small empty fridge, a coffee machine and ironing facilities in the room. The bathroom had a tub and shower and was good. The suite furniture other than the bed ( sofa, chairs , coffee tables..etc) was not up to the expected standard and requires an upgrade. The distribution of furniture in the room needs to be looked into as well . The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a generous continental breakfast but was the same everyday.

My overall experience was positive, It would have been better if there were complementary bottled water in the room upon arrival, disposable slippers, some toiletries e.g, shower cap, comb, body lotion shoe shiner ....etc

The room was large, quiet and comfortable. The night light in the Bathroom was appreciated, as well as the dimmers for lights next to the bed and the switch to turn off the fridge (bothersome noise in most hotel rooms)

I am not fan of laminated floors.

Very modern property. It has a great lobby and sitting area. Good breakfast too.

Although the bed was pretty comfortable, the pillows not much to my liking. Also there’s no duvet cover, even though they put it between sheets, if you move a lot during the night (like me) you eventually get in contact with the duvet. I am not sure this piece of bedding is changed after every guest (hotel usually changes the duvet cover after every guest)

The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast consisted of: Montreal bagels, croissants, chocolate croissants, boiled eggs, yogurt, cheese, cream cheese, toast, apples, oranges, juice, tea and there was a fancy coffee machine that made cappuccinos, hot chocolate, lattes, etc. There was also a little store where you could buy basic toiletries, drinks and snacks. This location is wonderful if you want to be walking distance to places in Old Montreal and downtown.

Everything in this hotel was outstanding and exceptional. Room was clean and big, breakfast perfect and location perfect. Other hotels should come and learn from this hotel on how to operate.

I liked everything in this hotel it was top quality. There was nothing to fault in this hotel. Room and comfort is outstanding.

Loved the location to old Montreal and being within walking distance. The breakfast area was spacious with plenty of seating. Loved the coffee machines. Staff were very friendly and answered any questions we had. Liked the elevator access by our room key for security. Beds were so comfortable and so were the pillows. Extra comforter available if needed.

The various stations with breakfast items could have been better organized. Cream and milk right for example, placed right by the coffee machines. The croissants one morning tasted stale and this was not the case the following mornings we had breakfast.

We had an excellent stay! The location was excellent and was within walking distance of major attractions in Old Montreal and to the metro station. Our room was spacious and clean with a "loft" feel. We appreciated the fridge within the room. The bed was excellent and very comfy. Breakfast was filling and excellent, with quiche, hard boiled eggs, cheese, yogurt, cereal, croissants, fruit, and more. Definitely one of the better continental breakfasts we've had. Service was friendly and readily reachable. Some missing items in our room (provided body wash was near empty and ran out after our first night, no do not disturb sign) but these were readily resolved by the hotel staff within minutes of asking for replacement. Overall, a wonderful hotel in Montreal and would be back again.

The location was great. Everything was close. Subway stations, old port!

The breakfast is always the same. Maybe a little variety could’ve been better. The price of the hotel was not the same at the time of the check in than the one given in booking.
