Superb location, friendly staff, exceptionally spacious and well-equipped studios. I particularly loved how they were not stingy with hygienic products and towels. The queen bed was super comfy. It was a pleasure staying inside the room, which says it all.

The hotel provides so much extra (e.g. bathrobes) that providing disposable slippers would be only little effort but highly appreciated. The breakfast area is disproportionately small to the number of people at any given time, although it's possible to take the food back to the room. There could be much more variety in breakfast items.

Breakfast was simple but good. A decent number of options and a 3 hour window for eating. The staff is very kind and-in many cases- trilingual. Front desk, concierge, etc. all very helpful. The suite was huge-- two bedrooms each with a closet and one with a half bathroom. Two televisions, big living room area and a dining room. Full kitchen. $35/day for valet parking with unlimited in and out. The location is perfect-- very central to restaurants, one block from the Metro and the underground city. No need to travel far for anything we wanted to do. There was some construction but it was not loud at all- I barely noticed it. The pool is indoors and adjacent to the patio and the fitness center, so the family could be there together without doing the exact same thing. The whole facility looks just like the pictures. It's a great hotel!

The bank is across the street and there are a lot of restaurants nearby, but it would be nice if there were some conveniences as part of the actual hotel. Not a big deal because it's so centrally located, but there's no mini bar or even small shop, so we would make sure to by bottles of water on the way back to the hotel each day. A refillable station for water bottles and a place to get snacks would be nice. Overall, no real complaints. It was very comfortable.

Great location for a tourist. Restaurants and shops close by, bikes that you can rent just around the corner, and beautiful parks. The room was great; comfy bed, full kitchen, and large bathroom. 10/10 would recommend!

The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Seemed like more of a grab and go breakfast. Filling, but flavorless and unsatisfying; Ham, cheese, toasted bagel, hard boiled egg, yogurt, and coffee. There were pasty loaf slices, but not my favorite thing to eat for breakfast. The coffee was my favorite part.

The most we like was the people, all the personal at the hotel is really kind!!! The room was impressively beautiful and huge, with everything necessary for a confortable stay. We enjoyed the swimming pool. The breakfast is excellent. The service for the valet parking, the cleanliness, the friendly and nice environment. Is for far the most beautiful hotel we stayed in Canada, and next time, we for sure will be back to the same hotel. We highly appreciate all experience at the hotel, and we recommend this amazing hotel to everyone who is visiting Montreal.

No complains, everything exceed our expectations!!

I loved that our room was essentially a large one bedroom apartment with full size kitchen appliances (fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave). There was enough room for the kids to spread out. The king size bed is comfy and the sofa bed was fine for the kids. The hotel is located within a block of the Victoria Square metro station. It’s also located a block away from the Hudson Bay department store which is also an entrance into the underground city. There’s also an IGA grocery store within 4 blocks or so that is located at another part of the underground city. It’s very convenient to all the sites too such as Old Montreal and the Port.

The ice machines are located on floors 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10, but at one point during our stay only the machine on 2 was working so that was annoying. Other than that everything was fine.

My room was incredibly spacious--larger and better equipped than some apartments I've lived in in my life, frankly--and certainly more than I was expecting from the photos. It was also spotlessly clean. The hotel has a rooftop pool and gym with beautiful views looking out on the city that were both business traveler and family-friendly. The location is perfect: in a very safe area of downtown, with about a 15 minute walk to Old Montreal or the waterfront. But more than anything else, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. If for no other reason, I would stay again just for how earnestly the staff cared about my needs.

The location is fantastic. The beds are super comfortable. The kitchen is awesome. And the daily cleaning of it is even better.

The breakfast was OK but not worth the $26 per person that is mentioned in the price scale. The parking is a little expensive at $30 per day the sofa could be more comfortable.. the television channel selection is pretty lame. Most of the channels are in French only and they’re not containing anything Interesting really. Thank God they supply the HDMI cable so that we could watch whatever we wanted through our laptop. The swimming pool with something that we were looking forward to put the water was too cold.

-Breakfast area very crowded -Poor breakfast buffet (lack of healthy options and options suitable for vegans) - I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights and just had breakfast there once because it was not a good experience

The room was very large with a dining table and full kitchen that was very well appointed. It even had a dishwasher!! The lay out of the room made it feel like it was 2 separate areas- dining and sleeping, very nice. In the mornings there was a very substantial Europeon style continental breakfast. The selections were plentiful and fresh and the wait staff was very helpful. The hotel is also very well located to explore Old Montreal and the underground mall. And the view from the rooftop is amazing at night !!!

The concierge was extremely helpful when weather changed and significantly impacted uber and taxi timelines. He mapped out a metro route for me, and provided all the entry, transfer, and end points. It was a lifesaver. The room was also spacious and clean.
