comfy apartment style room with a small kitchen and dining area, and bathroom with a good shower. 24 hour mini-market next to the front desk. friendly, helpful staff. large breakfast area on the ground floor (breakfast included in the room rate). excellent elevators you needed your room key to activate. Hotel parking garage that was reasonably roomy, serviced by the hotel elevators. The location was ideal for me.

nothing really. The hotel only provides breakfast, but there are numerous restaurants and food outlets within two or three blocks.

1I stayed here for 19 days. I think staying at this hotel for 19 days was the best choice. I would recommend it to everyone! Cleanliness I was impressed by the daily cleaning of every corner of the room, even though it is an older facility. Not only were the beds made and bathrooms cleaned, but also the kitchen was perfectly cleaned, the entire room was carefully vacuumed, and even the back of the TV was completely dust free, making the air feel clean every time I returned. Location There are two supermarkets within walking distance, ADNIS and IGA, which are well known and loved by Montrealers, and I went there twice a day when I had time. It is a very nice place and I enjoyed it very much. Breakfast Montreal bagels are available. Really delicious! Fruits were also available every day. My son enjoyed making waffles every day in the waffle maker and putting cream on them. There were not enough vegetables, so we brought our own.

Nothing in particular. Only that the building is old? The lack of a swimming pool? Not a reason when you think about the price and the comfort of your stay.

The hotel was fine, location very good and central, downtown yet closer to the western part of the city. It is possible to find free street parking outside the hotel if you are careful to read the parking signs accurately, which are all in French!

I thought the breakfast was good, offering several choices but SORELY missing any fresh vegetables. No salad or veggies of any kind! Instead lots of fried and sweet stuff. Would have loved a variation on the cheese offered. In short, healthy food was scarce. Another important thing missing from the room is a safe. It was very inconvenient without a safe in the room.

Good selection of items for breakfast (included). Cleaning staff came every morning. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. They accommodated our request for late check-out (2 PM).

Not a lot of breakfast options for us vegans, though we appreciated there being soy milk! Cleaning staff some times left door open despite us being told that they'll keep the door closed for our cat. Arranging late check-out was difficult - I had to call Booking.com and someone from Booking.com had to contact the hotel; even then, the hotel couldn't guarantee fulfilling our request until we were there, which was a bit stressful.

Breakfast was very good, not strict with the closing time, and food was tasty, always a free table to sit at, no lines, nothing missing Staff was very attentive and nice.

We were three in the room but were treated as if we were two. Needed to request for more towels constantly. Moreover, Soap, Shampoo and Conditioner were never added, only upon request. Cover of the chairs around the living room table was shabby and falling apart.

Breakfast offered a nice variety and nutricious. Because I minimize my use of salt for medical reasons, the potatoes were a bit more salty than I like; that's really my like, not the quality. Desk staff were very helpful and behaved like professionals. I liked the kitchenette as it was well supplied and there were enough coffee packets that I didn't have to think about having to conserve. This I mention because I have stayed at similarly rated hotels where I did have to pay attention to the supplied coffee. The location was close to a Metro station (2 1/2 blocks).

I was happy with everything except a mistake by a desk staff member when she indicated that they didn't pitch postcards with stamps on them into their outgoing mail. However, I received a correction within an hour of my noting this in an email survey response. I don't think that a reapidly corrected error is a fault, but rather a learning experience.

The hotel location is really great as it’s close to several nice places in downtown. The facilities were really clean and the staff were super friendly. the rooms have nice view over the city. I didn’t try to balcony but I bet it’s very nice in summer. The room had a kitchen and was very convenient

I didn’t know that the parking has height limitation and had to park my car in a public parking which is around 5 mins walk from the hotel but travelling with a toddler had me going to the parking then bringing my car over to the hotel and vice versa was a bit of inconvenience.

I love the fact the staff was very attentive to my needs. The Hotel accommodated me with the simplest request of not having any air freshener in the room. They absolutely were able to accommodate my request. Additionally, upon my arrival the staff, wish I could remember his name, but he was very courteous and made me feel like I was home by the simplest phrase "welcome home". The location of the room was perfect at there was no outside noise or any noise of any sort when needed to rest. The breakfast was delicious and I loved the abundance and selection of the menu. Although we did not require any room cleaning, staff asked if I needed anything like extra towels and such, which to me tells me that the Hotel cares for its residents. A perfect stay!!

The only thing that I did not like which is no fault to the hotel is that at the end of my stay we decided to grab a taxi instead of the usual UBER that I tend to go for. the Taxi was dirty inside and also the driver didn't put his meter on until I reminded him of which he said that it was broken and it was a flat fee to the AIRPORT. We were in a hurry and didn't have time to wait for another mode of transportation so the taxi had to do. Once we arrived at the airport the Driver told me a fee of 65 Dollars which I told him I that I was told 50 from the Hotel. He retracted his charge and took the money. I would suggest not to hire that TAXI company again to pick up its customers or they may run into the same thing.

My family and I had a terrific time at the hotel and surrounding area and Montreal in general. The staff at the hotel were incredibly accommodating and kind. We don't speak much French and it was no problem. The breakfast was quite generous and coffee good and strong. A few blocks away is St Catherine Street with numerous restaurants and stores. Also the Atwater metro stop is so close. Easy to get anywhere in the city. This is not a tourist area so you get a taste of the local's life. Will definitely recommend and stay there again.

To be honest the outside of the building is a bit austere (Brutalist style?) but the inside is warm and accommodating.
