No on-site parking ); I knew that when I madep reservations though. A convenient large parking lot is located within a 10 minute walk. Very limited counter space in bath as the sink is good-sized. The large picture window in main living area could use an outside cleaning...lots of construction dust obscured the light. Interesting neighborhood 🤔

I recently stayed in this apartment for three weeks with my sister, and overall, it was a positive experience. The 1-bedroom layout provided ample space, and the closet was particularly handy for organizing clothes. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the inclusion of a hair dryer, liquid soap and shampoo made settling in easy. The bed and linens were comfortable, and the presence of a functional dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer enhanced convenience. I appreciated the thoughtful addition of a closet at the entrance for coats and shoes, along with a well-equipped kitchen. The two smart TVs allowed us to log in to our streaming accounts seamlessly. The apartment's location near a metro station, pharmacies, grocery stores, and restaurants was a definite plus. The heater worked efficiently, ensuring a cozy stay. However, the retractable broom and dustpan provided were not as effective for cleaning, leaving room for improvement in that area. One unique aspect to note is the well-painted floor. While not tiled, wooden, or carpeted, it is advisable to have good socks or comfortable slippers during the winter season. Despite the minor cleaning tool issue, the overall experience was positive, and the apartment met our needs for a comfortable and functional stay.

Apartment description should have indicated it was facing the main street as you could hear outside noises (traffic, people).

The location for this place is good and the room has everything you need, it's like a little apartment. Very clean and relaxing.

I didn't like the lack of flexibility. I had started to wish I had booked a hotel! I arrived into the city early and I was flying out later in the day so there was nowhere I could leave my luggage. The host suggested a location but it was a falafel shop! I would have preferred a concierge of a hotel. The building didn't look very nice from the outside, but the apartments inside are very nicely renovated.

Getting the access code. Initial instructions were unclear about when the code would be available. Luckily we had somewhere to sit and wait until the check-in time so we could get the code.

Loved the room, super big and comfortable bed, loved the coffee machine to which I bought coffee pods for. Super nice shower. There was enought covers, pillow and towels. All you need in the kitchen + good size fridge to store food. Communication with staff was super easy. Felt safe with all the codes we used in the building. Excellent location in terms of metro, restaurants, pharmacies and walking distance to the center of downtown where shopping malls are.

Not the hotel problem but De Maisonneuve street was so loud...sometimes until 12am. You can even hear people talking outside from where our room which was on the 2nd floor. A little too cold for me as we couldn't control the AC.

Well-equipped flat in a great location for main tourist spots of montreal, especially museum of beaux-arts, lots of good cheap asian restaurants nearby.

I had two incidents where I seem to have been bitten by some kind of insect while in bed. The bites were quite painful and uncomfortable. This required medical attention when I returned home and took about two weeks to clear up. Still don't know what it was. Not bed bugs - maybe a spider? But there were several bites. I offered that information to the management company and their reaction was defensive and disrespectful - implying that I was trying to hurt their business or that I was lying. I send them my doctor's notes and they still were only concerned about how a bad rating would affect their business.

The location was good. It was 13 minutes walk from the Bell Centre. It was close to so many restaurants, lounges, arcades, stores. Two minutes walk from the metro and a karaoke place. It was clean. The bed was very comfortable. I slept for 9 hours the first night

Finding parking was a hassle. I wish they had better directions about parking. And when I was booking, I didn’t know about the deposit, cleaning fees, and service fees. With the cleaning and service fees, it ended up being just as expensive, if not more expensive than a hotel room

it was in the heart of things. close to the metro. great restaurants nearby… crepes, Sicilian and good coffee places. I’d stay again
