The hotel staff was amazing at fixing minor issues, the Waterpark is amazing and great for families things for all ages. The location is great easy to get anywhere. We got a joining rooms which is a life saver for families. Great parking and wifi and rooms were nice and chilly in the middle of our Sask summer heat.

Had a fabulous stay just couple things to tweak. The room should have been cleaned better. Found snacks from previous guests on corners and stepped on glasses cut my foot good not even sure where the glass came from. The layout is a bit weird but it is to accommodate the 2 waterpark so we did lots of walking inside hotel to get to where we needed to go.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were so comfortable, and it was very quiet. The newly renovated rooms were exceptionally clean, and I was impressed with the updates from when I visited years ago. The pool was extremely clean and bright - the kids had a blast!

Was not overly happy with our service at the restaurant, after we received our food it seemed we were forgotten about, and waited quite awhile for our server to come back so we could pack up leftovers and get the bill - which is tough with impatient little kids. The pool staff seemed bored and like they didn't want to be there, as well.

The hallways are more that wide enough for a walker and several people to walk by each other. Busy place and friendly staff who go out of their way to accommodate the guests. The Accessible room was spacey that my family of 10 can come over for leftovers: intervals of 7 adults and 4 children. Clean room and NO rugs making it easy to move around. Wall to wall rugs are hazzardious and a tripping hazzard for people with mobility issues.

It is an older building but well maintained. Accessiblity is never a priority to architectual design: it is always an after thought. Elevators are way in the back of building. Be prepared to walk: we were there for a birthday party. Moving from party room for pizza and cake for a 5 year old and ending in the pool area at the end of the evening I had to get my husband to push me to our room. (Worth it though)

The room was very clean and the bed was comfy.

I wanted to use the table/desk in the room to set up my laptop computer but there were no accessible plugs near the desk that allowed me to do that. The plugs nearest the table were well behind the wall unit that contained the coffee maker, fridge and TV. I had to put my laptop on the seat of one of the upholstered chairs in the room and use the straight-back chair to sit on. If I had been staying at this Travel Lodge for any time longer than just one night, I would have pulled the desk over to where the only accessible plug in the room was.

Overall stay was enjoyable and the rooms were clean and good air quality (no rugs to trap smells). They grandchildren loved the pools and sprinklers. We loved the hottub by the waterpark.

The floor was very slippery: the steps into the kiddy hottub was made of not slip material maybe use that for flooring instead. Drunk enduced patrons in the hallway and blood smears on walls and floor; this was due to someone falling between the hallway of splash play area and waterslide area. I was too tired to notice but my husband said the bed hurt his back. No cream or sugar in the rooms; room keycards kept deactivating; the bathtub faucet needs replacing.

Alll staff were amazing! I brought my 5 pound Yorkie with me and she was treated like the princess she is. My husband likes a hot tub after travelling all day and there were 2 here. One better than the other. The room we had on the fourth floor was very quiet. The beds were very comfortable.

We didn’t mind the fact that the hotel was 50 years old. Yes it showed and was showing its age but the things that are important to us, great beds, friendly staff, hot tub and pet friendly (the room was much nicer than some pet friendly rooms) were top notch!

Excellent breakfast, clean room, tidy hotel. Staff were very kind and friendly. It was touching to see that the hotel was hosting Ukrainian refugees. The location was nice too as it was near the highway, making it perfect for our journey onwards to Alberta.

There wasn't much to complain about because we were only there one night and everything was uneventful. Only thing I can think of is the lobby area is somewhat confusing in that there are multiple ways to enter the hotel and it wasn't entirely clear to me where the front desk was.

Loved how big the room was, and it had access to the pool which was really convenient and made an early swim possible. Waterslides were really fun and were the kind that didn't go into a pool (so non swimmers could enjoy). There were 2 pool areas, both had something for all ages to enjoy.

The pool area is cold.my 2 year old had to be forced to leave the area because after 10 minutes his lips were blue, and he was shaking non stop. There weren't any pool towels, when we asked we were told to check other pool area (basically making you walk through the hotel soaked). They had no towels there either..

I left to early for breakfast 4:30 ish Having stayed there several years ago I assumed there was a shuttle. My mistake… I should have read the hotel info.

There wasn’t a shuttle so there was confusion about how long it would take to get to the airport…I was told the night before about -5 min. and I should call when I got up which I did. After some conversation with the young man I said I would dress and go down and they could then call the cab. The cab waited 15 mins for me because he called it early. I also waited while the deck clerk did whatever on the computer, then he told me I could go. It cost me $12 for a 2 to 3 minute ride. The employees should be made aware of how long it takes to get to the airport and down town etc., as well how long it takes a cab to arrive.
