This is such a great hotel. Reception was busy when we arrived for check in but they did get to us as soon as they could. Our room was a decent size, very clean with a really comfortable bed. There was renovation work being carried out on the outside of the hotel, which meant workmen outside our window, so we did have to keep the curtains closed but we weren't overly bothered by it. Breakfast was really good, large portions (I could never finish it all), and I think quite good value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and can highly recommend it.

Breakfast service was slow but that was the only negative.

Location was great, given we wanted to have easy access to the SaskTel Centre for a concert we were attending.

On Booking.com, I indicated 4 people for the room and asked for a top floor room. My Booking.com reservation confirmed 4 people for the room AND I also got a separate message saying my request for a top floor room was confirmed. However, day of check-in, the hotel seemed to have no idea of 4 people, so only wanted to give me two free breakfast passes vs 4. Once I showed proof of my Booking.com confirmation, they gave me 4 passes. They also seemed to have no record of my ask for, and their confirmation of, a top floor room. We got a room on 6th floor…was ok but not what I had been promised when I booked.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities and room were clean and in good repair (aside from the Garden Café, it needs some love). The pool area was clean and easily accessible. The shuttle was convenient and very quick. We appreciated how quiet the hotel was as well.

The restaurant is very dated compared to the rest of the hotel. Needs to reflect the modern decor everywhere else in the building. The bathrooms are strange with the barn door style, frosted glass doors. They lack privacy.

Our king suit room was nice and spacious with 2 separate living/sleeping areas. The king bed was comfortable and we like having more privacy from our son who slept on the hide a bed on the other side of the bathroom. The open courtyard was beautiful and gave the entire hotel a spacious, tropical atmosphere. This made swimming in the long, crescent shaped pool even more enjoyable.

We were very disappointed that there is no longer a hot tub by the pool like there used to be. Please bring back a hot tub!!!

I liked that the staff were good to my son. He checked out for me. Staff are very friendly. Rooms are clean and staff was very accommodating to upgrade us. That was nice to get a larger meeting room.

I have had meetings here so many times. What are the perks for that? The renovation is a bit inconvenient. My coworker has health issues and had to wait for his ride. I worry about him. His driver should be able to drive right up to the front.

The hotel is quite near to the airport but surprisingly I did not hear any of the jets taking off or landing (I could actually watch the action from my window). The room was very clean and well laid out. As for the main lobby area, the restaurant and pool were inside an atrium style courtyard. Very pretty. I did eat at the lounge and the food was well prepared and excellent. They also had numerous craft beer on tap as well as the usual corporate stuff. Service was also very attentive and friendly.

Portions of the parking lot were quite gravelly due to the fact that pavement repair hadn't been done for a long time. It's a minor issue but for those of us riding motorcycles, we have to be a little more vigilant in order to prevent a spill.

front desk guy didn’t put much effort into trying to find my reservation. he tried telling me I didn’t have a reservation, turn my away and inform me that they were full. my reservation had my first name last, and vice versa. Also, a man knocked on my door, and then walked in the room to ask about check out (an hour and a half before check out was required….)….I was only in a towel…

The room was quiet, I couldn't hear people in the neighbouring rooms

The food service was extremely slow on the first two days of my stay. Breakfast on the 3rd day was excellent and served up quickly though. Although, the rooms were quiet the conference rooms were not. The hotel had multiple conference rooms and the one adjacent to us played its music/presentations very loudly it was disruptive to our training.

The location is close to the highway, so it was easy for me to find and access the hotel. And the room was very clean and cozy. I also love the gym attached to the indoor pool.

There was nothing particularly bad. If I had to say one, there was no ionic beverage like powerade at the lobby mini store. It wasn't really a big deal :)

Room and value for money.

Customer service/ staff- working on Saturday night Jan 22/2022. The front desk staff way of questioning me like, ‘are you sure your date is right?’ ‘I dont have you on the system, yet she didn’t fully check the confirmation I showed her. If she did checked it properly she would not have to ask me for more details when I had it showed in the first place. - id was kinda annoying and embarrassing if somebody else could hear it. I’m sure it would annoy somebody else too. We were both wearing a mask but she talks as if she was not wearing a mask. I had to ask twice to understand her. Staff overall are not friendly and seems like they are there to do their job.
