I booked this hotel because it was right off Circle Drive and second right turn off of hywy 16, which is where our guests were entering the city from. The location was ideal, plus it offered the best deal on Booking.com. I was able to look around, and the room, lobby, and hallway were clean, plus roomy for my wheelchair and husband to walk beside me. The door entrance to the hotel was automatic, which led you to the lobby and the front, which immediately to your right. The counter was high, so I had to move back to see the check-in clerk but doable. The staff and security were accommodating, considering we were not the actual guests but waiting for our friends. Overall, great service and facilities. Also have to mention right next door to Dennys.

Friendly staff, we had to wait for our guests to arrive in the lounge, and the front desk was helpful in the check-in process. I didn't stay, but our guests enjoyed the accommodations, which was quiet, considering its location right off Circle Drive..

The entrance driveway was a bit awkward but doable. Once inside the building, you can see the back entrance directly across from the front entrance, which I like, especially the sliding doors, making it very accessible for a person in a motorized 👩‍🦼

Easily accessible location. Facility was what we envisioned.Front desk personnel were very personable, friendly and helpful.

The room location on the 4th floor, was very noisy, from kids running in the halls, to loud talking by adults after 1AM. The noise continued into the adjacent rooms, and could be heard through the walls. The in room heater, was extremely loud, and despite trying to set the temperature to various increments the resulting heat, was not as should be expected. In addition, there was no hot water, for my wife's shower.

I LOVED the staff and how accommodating they were. We were down for my Grandpas funeral and they turned it into a more positive and pleasant feeling. The rooms were also clean, only reason its not 5 stars is cause it is an older property maybe some updates and carpet replacement. Also had stains on cushion on couch, i slept on the pull out- so it was off putting to know my head was touching that but it is what it is.. on a pull out lol. Also young gentleman at front desk friday night between 10pm and 12am (i kept complimenting his smile and teeth im sure it was so annoying) he was so friendly and helped my cousin and i get our room key back and see our extended family.

Like stated up there.. everything else was incredible.

Upper management were very accomodating, after finding my unanswered emails in the system. In addition, they allowed me to place frozen food items into their personal staff freezer! MUCHLY APPRECIATED.

Hotel guests in the room above us children, were jumping off of the chairs/beds/tables and running around, for 3 consecutive hours. As a senior with cancer, I need my rest! However, I have no problems with my hearing!

King size bed was comfortable and room was spacious with a fridge/freezer, microwave and coffeemaker, which made a very good dark roast coffee. There were two comfortable armchairs in which to relax after a long day of driving. Very convenient access to the Shark Club and Denny’s for dinner and breakfast by going through the halls and down the stairs. Both the bed area and bathroom were very clean although the carpet could use a good shampooing. We were able to control the night time temperature on the heating unit, which was great. Location is close to Circle Drive, Hwy 11N and Hwy 16W and easily accessed. Surprisingly quiet considering how close to Circle drive the hotel is. The front desk staff were very courteous and helpful both on checking in and checking the next day. We have stayed at this Sandman in Saskatoon before and it has always been a pleasant experience.

The carpet in the room could definitely use shampooing.

The price I paid for the accommodations was very reasonable. The location was good for my particular needs and I liked the fact that there was a Dennys located directly beside the hotel.

I did not realize at the time that you had to ask to have your room cleaned and the printed sign on the doorknob should include that option instead of simply Do Not Disturb.

The bed was super comfy, the location was great and loved Dennys next door , my grandchildren loved the pool,the young lady at front desk was extremely helpful

We were in room120 , the mini fridge was extremely loud when it cut in and out . Our room was right next to a boiler room ,and the noise kept us awake , very little sleep.i would definitely stay agin however a bigger suite and not by a boiler room or elevator

The price was verv reasonable. The staff were amazing. We waited a very short period of time at chech in, and they upgraded us to a suite to compensate us. We have waited longer at other hotels, and they have never done anything to compensate us. The rooms are rooms are large and newly renovated. Had all we needed and more.

Very comfortable bed we were originally assigned a room without tub but very quickly we were able to change rooms, the staff was very accommodating and helpful. Location was great.

I guess the only thing was there wasn’t a pop machine on our floor but that was a minor issue. Really everything else was great
