the spacious comfortable rooms, cleanliness. the option to cook. the size of the pool.

I like to swim as my morning workout. I was disappointed the pool was not open until 8 am. When I arrived to use the pool at 8 am, a staff member had just started to clean the pool and had to wait an additional 45 minutes before using. luckily I had the time on this day to wait. I would hope that in the future that cleaning would take place prior to the posted open hours. I mentioned this upon checki-out but felt that the employee didn’t appreciate my recommendation/complaint.

We loved how big the room is, 450 ft. We stayed on the first floor with queen beds. Love the modern aesthetics from practical furnitures and cabinetry with a pop of colors. High ceiling and we appreciate the well laid out room with pockets of  privacy. Very clean room,dusted off and carpet thoroughly clean. Huge closet cabinet and bathroom. A full on kitchen with huge refrigerator,stove top, microwave, dishwasher and sink.,cutlery & eating utensils. This would have been  perfect for a longer visit. Beds,pillows and linens are soft and comfortable. Wifi is strong and so is the hot/cold water pressure. Open lobby. Receptionist is cordial and attentive. When we complained about the guests blasting base music at 9pm, they quickly addressed it. Thank goodness,we needed a good night rest after a long journey. Free on-site parking. Pet friendly. We've booked 5 hotels in this leg of our trip and this has the best tasty breakfast so far. Location is near highway ,groceries,gas station and restaurants. 

TmRoom is not sound proof. Everything seems to be echoing.. We must have been near the main water pipes. We can hear every toilet flush & shower running in the room. We can also hear the hallway noises. Not the quiet room we requested but we adapted and we had our headset on. The beds are making alot of noises. The beds are a bit small on the bed frame. The leather headboard also is not the most comfortable.  Window is facing the parking lot, can see through if not for the roll down curtain. Location is a bit tough to get to.

The room was a nice size and very comfortable the kitchenette was very convenient especially the full size fridge.Breakfast was a nice , great variety of food and the pool and hot tub were very relaxing.

The elevators went down for a few hours but no big deal for us being we were on the 2nd floor.

ALL staff were extremely pleasant. Breakfast was great - good variety of hot and cold food and food stations were kept clean and orderly.

bathroom tub caulking was inadequate - very sloppy job done by maintenance or tradespeople

The room was very spacious, and the kitchenette was well equipped. Breakfast was lovely.

Some people were smoking quite close to the entrance despite the sign that says not to do so. It was uncomfortable with the kids.

First impressions were that it smelled clean. that is often rare. Bed was great. Room was wonderfully cool. Breakfast choices more than expected. And a lounge open for a few hours in evening is just a bonus.

Wr stay here lots. it’s always quiet and the staff is always friendly.

We hit the pool right at 8 one morning and the Maintenance worker was still cleaning the pool. He was very friendly and told us how much longer he would be and that he would get the pool in action ASAP for us!

It has a kitchen and a big big fridge. It's very good for family. The room was clean, organized.

The matresses are uncomfortable, couldn't sleep well through the night.

it was nice and it was clean it had a kitchenette but was modern and so comfortable. i came late the staff was very accommodating

there was nothing I didn’t like breakfast was great as well

Staff were great for checking in and out. Just awesome. The location was perfect for me.

I would like to have a bigger bathtub more of a soaker tub.
