Awesome breakfast. The front desk manager was very good and quick about fixing the night shift attendant mistake.

My spouse had trouble checking in the room I booked in my name even with all the information. I had even sent a message to the hotel ahead of time. The night attendant double charged us for the room. Thankfully the manager was a lot more competent and straightened things out in the morning without any trouble.

well we got stranded in Saskatoon from 23-25th Dec where we kept going to the airport and coming back to the hotel and the hotel staff understood our situation and we kept check in and out. It was a frustrating times but the staffwere very polite and understanding. Same applies to the housekeeping were very polite and helpful

It is just the first day the breakfast was not according to my expectations but then they improved it after I suggested a bit of alteration in the breakfast because some people are veggetarians

To stay here is really nice. The staff are friendly specially the girls from coffee shop There are hot drinks available all the time and free cookies from the lobby. I like that they have a to go breakfast for early checked out guest. The hot breakfast buffet is amazing. The pool and hot tub was our go to at night. Our room does not have a tub but it was ok. Bed is comfortable and smells nice. Bathroom was immaculately clean. They made us feel safe and comfortable. We really enjoyed our short trip to S'toon.

Would be better if the door lock works. I couldn't get it to lock, but didn't bother.

All was great until it came time for the shuttle to the airport. I waited outside by the shuttle bus, but by 9AM there was no sign of the driver or any other passengers. I went to the front desk to ask, and it seemed that my pre-booked shuttle had been overlooked. Fortunately I had plenty of time until my flight, and one of the front desk staff got me to the airport.

none. night staff at reception was not pleasant. i was told i have no booking instead of checking the spelling first or asking for the booking confirmation. Slow check in : not good after long (24 hrs) travels…. asked questions like phone number and email when I thought it should have been on the system that it’s our second stay in this hotel. kitchen and dinning staff are nice and helpful.

Well located for access to airport and blades arena. Nice pool and hot tub area and gym is reasonably equipped for a good workout with dumbbell set 5-50, benches and a cable machine as well. Plenty of space in the breakfast area with a good selection of both hot and cold food options. Complimentary coffee all day in lobby.

Noise carries easily throughout the building, slamming doors, people in halls etc.

Superb check in by a trainee ! Personal needs anticipated and all the relevant steps provided and clearly confirmed. SK friendliness on full display !

Very minor change which would have made the stay absolutely perfect: Default setting of thermostat to 20C was a little too cold for me (I reset to 22, then returned to default before leaving). Potential improvement in future building automation to have a user-adjustable preference for Rewards club members.

Rooms are really spacious 😀

Location is just in nowhere. If ur planning just to stay there as a transit before you travel, it's the right place as it's 5 min. away from the airport, but if you're planning to enjoy the region, then this is not your place, as it is very far from the city.

Staff was kind and informative. Room was spacious and comfortable. Pool looked nice but was very busy with other families so we didn’t try it. Coffee station was a lovely touch.

The shuttle driver was a little late which made us a bit worried but it all turned out fine.

The property, and staff, are excellent which is a good thing as BOOKING.COM really dropped the ball on this. Even though I booked this in April and got continuous emails reminding me of this - including this email asking for a rating - when I arrived at the hotel on Saturday there wasn’t a room booked for me under Booking.com. The hotel staff went out of their way to get me the same accommodation I had booked through the “third party” and it turned out costing me less than my original booking. NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH BOOKING.COM ANY LONGER.
