Great location for a 1 night stay after a very long flight and to rest up before picking up our rental car. Right across the street from a lovely beach and view of the volcanos. Good buffet breakfast at the restaurant next door. Also had a very nice dinner at this restaurant, which shares a relationship with the hotel and provided a 20% discount for hotel guests.

The rooms were a little bit outdated, but clean. We were exhausted, so slept very well, but you can hear quite a bit of noise from the surrounding rooms (creaking floors, footsteps, etc) because it is an older building.

Dinner in sister restaurant was excellent as was included breakfast. Reception staff were pleasant and very helpful. We were very lucky to have a room with a great view on the third floor. There are very useful shops in the street below.

the pillows are rather lumpy (this is normal in the hotels we have stayed in in Chile). The hotel is a good 30 min walk from the centre of town. With all the cakes (Kuchen) on offer this is no bad thing. Otherwise it is about $3 in a taxi of which there are plenty.

The hotel it is very well located, in a relatively quiet place, the rooms and bed are confortable.

The breakfast should improve, the hotel is located in a place where pastry is a very well-known activity, they served every day the same and was not so good. The shower did not worked properly, they have to change the part that throws the water.

The hotel location is good, with several great restaurants and coffee shops nearby (the Peruvian restaurant was specially great!). The room was very comfortable and Clean, Breakfast is good with a nice view from the lake.

If you want to go downtown, it is a little bit far (30 minutes walking distance).

the parking is pretty tight at night time when everyone returns to their rooms so you might have to return a little earlier to ensure a spot because parking anywhere else in puerto varas is simply impossible

It's very comfortable and as I was staying in winter, I must say outstanding warmness in the room. The hotel staff is very friendly together with the staff of the attaching restaurant. It has a nice breakfast.

I would point out only on one thing. The staff at the breakfast was watching news and other things on TV. The restaurant had a nice chill music, but the sound from the TV was ruining a bit the mood, especially because it was morning.

Hotel is nice and looks newer than others. Breakfast buffet was nice. Reception was very welcome, our host Luis Molina (same name as me) was so helpful and polite.

The hotel corridors are wooden made, so it makes you feel anyone that is passing by. Rooms are a bit small but comfortable.

The suite room was excellent for us, we were 2 adults, 1 kid of 4 years old and a baby. They gave us a coat for the baby and a sofa bed for the kid. The included breakfast was good, the people working on it really nice.

Sometimes at night, it's too loud outside, since there are several restaurants near to our room. The view was not the best, but pretty confortable.

Everything was great! Super helpful staff, loved the location and the vibe. The breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend and would stay there again.
