To me everything was perfect, breakfast was very good, there is a pool billiard room, bar was really good, staff was very kindly, mostly in the bar, bed was really good, there was a great jacuzzi in the room, very relaxing. There is a place full of night live, with disco that plays music all night, if it is a problem for you don't book a room here, to me it was OK, inside the room the music is not that loud, I could sleep without a problem.

The parking lot is 3 blocks away, and the location in the night is not so safe.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean with comfortable beds. Sheets and towels were good quality. Great water pressure and consistent hot water in shower. Snacks in room are a nice touch. Restaurant staff were also very kind and food/cocktails were good. Fútbol Am. available on tv.

Overall very good. The paint and carpet in the room could use refreshing soon. An extra hand towel, and a room in a quieter location would have been appreciated as there is a night club down the street with loud music in the middle of the night.

The room was clean. Great variety options for breakfast and good food for lunch and dinner with great service.

The noise of a near by discotheque can be annoying if you have a light sleep and since rooms don't have air-conditioning you need to open the room window to let some fresh air in increasing the noise.

Loved the artwork near the lobby and the overall vibe. We arrived early and they took our bags for us, so we could shop around while we waited for our room to be ready. Really awesome! A few employees spoke enough English and I spoke enough Spanish that communicating wasn’t too difficult. If I didn’t have any Spanish though, communicating would’ve been tough.

The water in the shower didn’t get very warm and the upper floors of the hotel were quite warm until later in the day.

Nice and helpful staff. Room and facilities were very clean. Excellent breakfast.

Hotel description offered airport shuttle however, no response to inquiries to reserve a shuttle. I did receive a confirmation for an early checkin, however it was not available when we arrived. The staff tried to accommodate, and helped store our luggage until our room was ready 2 hours later. Suggestion, It would be nice to offer a nondairy option, almond or oat milk at breakfast.

Didn´t really stay long enough to write much. We came late, and left early. However, they did us a huge favour by storing valuables we forgot in the safe, including cash and it was all there when we picked it up on the return trip. Clearly honest staff and I applaud them for that.

Nice hotel located in the centre of town. The restaurant was good. We had a very nice staff member who spoke excellent English. This is always very welcoming for a non-Spanish speaker.

Hotel parking was offered but a few blocks away. Not a big deal since parking below the hotel was already full. A bit inconvenient at most.

Very clean, friendly people, for chile a nice breakfast.

The doors are very thin N, so you can hear everything in the hallway. Especially the cleaning stuff has very loud walkytalkies, which is very confusing because you allways have the feeling they talk to you.

24/7 reception, kind and friendly service with possibility of parking. Good Breakfast with a lot of different sweet dishes. :)

the packed towels should be opened some time before used. they could smell not fresh right after unpacking. general the Bath would benefit of a renovation in the near future.

Facilities were fine, staff very accommodating, room comfortable. Only problem was street noise during the night Fri-Sat because of nearby restaurants and bars. Wi-fi was iffy sometimes. All in all I will return again!

The plastic magnetic keys keep losing their code…. Replaced them three times. Wifi would drop occasionally.
