It was very clean and well cared for, friendly staff and good breakfast. very close to the airport and the shuttle was a plus

The hairdryer worked only for one minute and then stopped for two minutes and so on. When I called to reception for a replacement they told me that they did not have access to the “replacement” until 9am that is when maintenance staff arrives. Even I offer to pick it up my self at reception desk they said it was not possible (they did not have access). It has no logic to me because most of people use the hairdryer early in the morning… ??? Also, how is it possible that no one has the key/access to the maintenance room?? It made no sense to me.

The facade of the hotel is very simple but the rooms are built in very nice, modern and engineering way. All the materials and designs are German made. The beds are very comfortable you sleep very relax. The bathroom supply and toiletries are good quality. The Staff: from the Front Desk, Lorenzo and the girls were very helpful and friendly all the time. The Restaurant staff: Diego, Rodrigo, Claudia and all the helpers, including the Chef were very friendly and prompt to make us happy. I highly recommend this hotel and the value is very reasonable. I will come back again.😃

The dinner food can be improved and the breakfast can be better if they give more local fruits

The airport shuttle from SCL to the hotel and the following day was the reason I booked a room here. The breakfast buffet had hot and cold items, coffee, and juice. The hotel allowed me to store my luggage after I checked out of my room, since my flight was not until 11 p.m. and I went to Plaza de Armas for the day.

The airport shuttle ride from SCL to the hotel took over an hour, because it took about 40 minutes before the driver picked us up at the designated pick up spot between the domestic and international terminals. I had to call the hotel twice and once we got on the shuttle, it circled the airport a few more times to look for and pick up other passengers until the vehicle was full. At breakfast, they did not replenish the sausage, even though it was still 1.5 hours before the breakfast closed.

We had a late night flight arrival, with an early morning departure the next day. This hotel is only a few minutes drive away. It was comfortable and they are clearly used to people coming in at all hours. We could have an early breakfast (6:00am), and the van drive to the airport was very easy, so long as you reserve it the night before.

For some reason, I thought there would be a bus constantly picking people up at the airport. This is my fault- I should have communicated with the hotel prior to my arrival. We took a cab to get to the hotel- wish the hotel had been on the airport grounds- which was more expensive that I thought it would be for such a short ride.

They have a free breakfast and for other meals a restaurant. We ran into numerous theft problems well away from the hotel and it was nice having all services available at the hotel while we sorted things out. To our surprise, they had an airport shuttle every half hour anytime. For our 4 AM departure they had made up bag breakfasts for us without our even asking.

We don't speak Spanish so it was difficult communicating our situation to the staff to get their help resolving them. They did try to help but did not go the extra mile.

Conveniently close to the airport. Friendly staff at the check-in counter. Efficient check-in and check-out process. Clean room and comfortable bed. Late check-out time. Transfer from the hotel to the airport works fine.

Transfer from the airport to the hotel is not well organized. They are supposed to have a transfer every 30 minutes but I have been waiting at the airport at the place indicated by the hotel for at least one hour before a minibus showed up. Scant breakfast with little choice.

OUTSTANDING value for money. Close to the international airport, with a free shuttle bus. We expected a "budget" stop over on our trip south, but this hotel far exceeded our expectations. The on site restaurant was a definite highlight. A delicious breakfast buffet is included in the overnight rate and they offer great lunch and dinner menu as well. Most of the menu items are also available for room service. We were so impressed with this hotel we booked a second night on the return leg of our trip back to the USA.

Perfect stay for transiting through Santiago! I was skeptical the wifi wouldn't work based on past reviews as I needed to work but it worked perfectly from my room and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They let me check out late as my flight was in the late night. And the airport shuttle is amazing. Highly recommend!

The food wasn't the best, lacking a lot of flavor but food in Chile tends to be on the bland side.

The staff was very helpful because we had to unexpectedly extend our reservation for more guests at the last minute and they did a great job. The location next to the airport and the free shuttle service are very convenient

The payment process was very difficult at the hotel. We tried 5 different credit cards and luckily one ended up working, but the cards that we were using in Chile throughout the trip did not work properly so keep that in mind. The rooms are a bit noisy as you can hear the corridors and the airplanes flying

Close to airport. Clean and well maintained. Good food options in the restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Free transportation if booked in advance. There are 4 hotels in the proximity- Hotel Diego and City Express on one side of the Highway and Hotel Hilton and La Quinta on the other side. You can easily get Uber on the City Express side but not if you stay on Hilton side.

Although newer than Hotel Diego next door, they ask you to call and book taxi service from airport to the hotel in advance while Hotel Diego asks you to directly go to transvip counter at the airport without advance booking. Both hotels use transvip for taxi service. Also. Hotel Diego is more accommodating with early check in , late check out.
