Look, I poured through the reviews on this hotel, and honestly, our one-night stay here was superb. The room was huge, super clean and SO nice. Comfy bed, great shower, etc etc. We had dinner at the restaurant and considering there are ZERO options around, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and all at reasonable prices! Nothing to complain about there. The minimal interaction I had with staff at check-in (with my limited Spanish) was absolutely fine and they were all nice. Not all smiles like you come to expect if you only know the US service system, but no one was rude or unfriendly at all. I did attempt to use their airport shuttle service, which I was SUPER worried about because of the bad reviews on here. I think this might help people in the future on expectations and being super persistent: AIRPORT SHUTTLE: We messaged the property (via Booking) to reserve an airport shuttle. We were given the A-okay and told that it only runs on the hour and our driver would only wait 5 minutes before leaving which meant we'd have to wait for the next hour's shuttle. With our landing time, we had about 40 minutes to get off the plane, get our bags, go through immigration (and a second one at baggage claim) to get to the meeting point. A meeting point that given via Whatsapp. I would definitely say the exact location either needs to be changed or needs to be made much clearer (perhaps better translated?) because it seemed like the driver had no earthly idea where we were --even when we had a Spanish speaker call him, text him, voice message him etc on our location. (we were persistent!) Anyways, the shuttle DID come 25 minutes past 7pm, and took us straight to the hotel. But without that Spanish speaker who helped us, we would not have known where or when it would arrive and probably tried to taxi. So with a better pickup location and VERY clear directions/instructions, I think it would be a decent service for people staying at their hotel.

Get clearer on that airport shuttle pickup, but otherwise, I have zero complaints! Also wifi was great in the hallways but pretty poor in the rooms (but we were at the very end, so that may be why)

We arrived on a 2am flight and were departing 11:20 the next day so hotel was good value for this short period as we were able to book a room for 3 adults - not possible in the on airport hotel. Shuttle ran to time and we had a good few hours sleep in comfortable beds which was all we wanted.

Hotel states they only use their own shuttle bus and drivers, for our pick-up, this was not the case. However, the driver knew who we were and where we were going so we felt happy to go with him. He also had 2 other passengers. My concern is that if I had been a single lady travelling alone I would likely have been concerned. When the hotel needs to use outside drivers it should think about this aspect.

Good overnight stop next to Santiago airport. The room was large, had all the amenities, had a good bathroom with an amazing shower. The bed was really comfortable.

The breakfast buffet that I was expecting is not running right now because of Covid. I was expecting to be served all the items but instead they forgot much of the stuff and we had to keep asking. The staff serving breakfast also could not speak or understand english very well so I don't think we were well looked after. They have a whatsapp number which they recommend we use, but they are not very responsive on it when I tried to book / confirm the airport shuttle.

Our luggage took a long time to arrive and we missed our scheduled airport shuttle, the driver returned to collect us when we WhatsApped that we were finally out. The pick-up location was a little difficult to find, the Starbucks mentioned being outside the terminal when we were looking for it inside. The driver sent a photo so we could confirm we were in the right place, that was helpful. We arrived about 10am and were leaving the hotel at 2am the following day, as our rooms were available we were allowed early access which was hugely appreciated. The return shuttle worked perfectly, for our flight. The room was great including a seating area to relax and the bed was very comfortable. As we had changed time zones we were able to go to bed early and get a good few hours sleep before our early flight. The restaurant was fine if a little pricey but as expected for a hotel of this type.

There was free coffee by reception but this was only available during breakfast times, would have been nice for this to be available longer. The location was great in it's proximity to the airport, just a short shuttle ride, though of course that means it is not a great area for a stroll to stretch out after a long flight, very much a business park.

Different from some people, I had a positive experiencing with the free airport shuttle bus. I called their customer service number in the US, they gave me the whatsapp number of this particular location, I added them on whatsapp, they sent me a bunch of info to fill in, then told me where and when to wait for the shuttle bus. Right after exit, I walked out the gate, walked to the left for 30 meters, and in front of the Starbucks, I saw the driver holding the hotel sign, and the shuttle bus was parked right there. Hotel reception staff was helpful, and speaks very good English. This is good value for money for a night's stay for late arrivals and early departures, it's 5 mins drive to the airport, and 2 times cheaper than the Holiday Inn. Complimentary bottled water (2) and coffee pods (2) in the room. Also it's very quiet, and the bed was comfy, so I had a good night of sleep.

There's nothing nearby, and no views. But I didn't stay here for that reason, so it doesn't bother me at all.

Pick up service from the airport, very nice driver. The hotel staff so friendly and professional, fabulous big rooms and bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. We ate at the restaurant, at the hotel . Which we highly recommend, very well presented food and tasty, the staff serving were so friendly, very attentive. We also had breakfast, again we could not fault it, a very varied buffet with everything you could want for breakfast. There was a slight issue concerning the bathroom in our room late in the evening. The reception staff, were very quick in their response and we were moved into a new room. Fabulous customer service.

convenient for the airport. they also allow you to leave bags between stays, as we had short trips to other places in Chile and didn’t want to take everything with us. that was really helpful for us.

be careful when going for the pickup from airport to hotel. the instructions were confusing our first stay and we ended up in the wrong car park waiting for collection. If it’s the directions from the hotel, make sure you’re at the dolphin floor for minus 1, if not you’re in the wrong car park. however our second stay they messaged to say pick up was at a different location. it’s definitely worth checking with the driver before you walk out the airport to ensure you are waiting at the right place for pick up.

Very nice spacious room. lovely large bathroom. Comfortable beds. Nice quality toiletries. Coffee pod machine. The toilet didn't flush, but the maintenance man attended to it immediately and fixed the problem. Shuttle bus to and from the Airport is complimentary and very welcome. It is a quality hotel.

Not many staff spoke English, which is surprising for an International Hotel alongside the International Airport. E.g. there was a lovely coffee capsule machine and t-bags in the room, but no milk. I phoned room service to ask for milk. (For my tea). The woman answering the call didn't understand my request. Didn't understand the word "milk", so I said "Lecce", she then hung up and I presumed she would arrive with milk, but she didn't bring it, my black tea went cold. I'm suggesting all staff are given simple basic words to learn. Especially if they are on the front desk and answering the phone.

The room which I booked was very spacious, bigger than I expected. Very comfortable, beautiful layout and decorations.

I booked the night only to rest for a few hours between flights. Around midnight when I was ready to go to bed, I noticed that the bedsheets weren't changed from the previous guest. As exhausted and short of time as I felt, this was the last thing I wanted to deal with. The reception offered to change the room and I refused because packing and unpacking again would delay much more my sleep. Since they don't have a housekeeping service overnight, I was offered bedsheets and I had to change them myself.

Everything was perfect. Free transfer met me at the airport at night and got me to the hotel. When I arrived to the hotel, personnel was very pleasant and helped me a lot. Room service working 24/7, so I ordered some food to the room and they delivered it very quickly. Food was fresh and tasty. In the morning I got my breakfast and transfer got me back to the airport for free. I liked everything about staying at La Quinta hotel. The price for my stay was cheaper comparing to other airport hotels and rating of the hotel was higher. And I was really surprised with this hotel! Highly recommend.
