Great boutique hotel with a restaurant / bar on the terrace. Location is ideal for exploring the centre of Santiago - Plaza de Armas is a short walk. It's also close to several main attractions and the Lastarria and Bellavista neighbourhoods are nearby (these are great for eating, drinking and shopping). What really makes this hotel stand out, however, are the wonderful staff. The receptionist were incredibly helpful, the breakfast staff were lovely, as were the staff who cleaned the rooms. The rooftop restaurant is a real bonus serving excellent food - and again the staff were very friendly and knowledgable. We stayed 2 weeks (some business but mainly pleasure) and were genuinely sad to leave. The perfect place to explore Santiago.

The rooftop restaurant was closed on Sunday - we hadn't realised - but managed to get food nearby so not really a problem.

We stayed at this hotel twice, once upon arriving in Santiago and then again when we returned from Buenos Aires. This is a really great hotel in a great location. Our room (same one each time) was spacious and comfortable and had a nice deck for enjoying scenic views of the Andes and a park. It also had a very comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom, an armoire with a safe, a fridge and espresso machine. There were USB ports for charging electronics, very helpful since Chile uses 220V. The breakfast was great! Lots of variety, fresh OJ, coffee (a little weak), fresh breads, yogurt with nuts and dried fruit, eggs, meats and cheese. It was always well stocked. There is an upstairs rooftop bar/restaurant and we enjoyed a dinner and several lunches there. Good food, good drinks and a great view. It does get crowded after 5 with, I think, the after work crowd. Very friendly staff. The hotel will arrange tours for you. Be sure to check out the area, there are some great restaurants and, in the evenings, there are street vendors selling just about everything. The Plaza de Armas is a great shopping area with retail and street vendors. You can catch the hop on/hop off bus here.

If you are on the top floors, the noise from the rooftop bar can be a bit much at times.

Since I stayed at this small but very nice hotel twice during my journey in South America, I have already written a detailed evaluation. A very good hotel indeed. What I can add in this evaluation that I forgot in my previous one is the hotel roof top restaurant, from where there is a wonderful view towards the Andes. The restaurant offers a fairly big and price-worthy menu of high qualty food, but I have mixed experiences of the service of the restaurant staff...

Location was good. I could walk to most of the places I wanted to go. Rooftop bar was very nice (music was bit too loud but I guess it was meant for younger generation). Rooftop staff were very NICE.

1 - The hotel charged US equivalent of $2.25 !!!! a piece for instant coffee, little cups. It was an outrageouse price. They should told or written information should have placed in the room!!! 2 - Beds had wheels and it rolled out each time tried to sit side of the bed. It is unsafe.

Great location. Short walk to the old centre of the city. Lastarria is a great neighbourhood, short walk to food, supermarkets etc. The hotel itself is nice, and breakfast was good. The staff are super friendly, speaking both english and spanish, and helped arrange a transfer to the airport when we checked out. The staff always looked after us, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The rooftop bar is nice. We went up for a few drinks after a big day out. The food is a little bit pricey for what it is,but I guess your paying to be on the rooftop bar. The only other comment I have was re coffee pods in the room. On arrival we were told we would be charged for anything out of the mini bar (of course), but the coffee was free (Ill point out at this stage not a language mix up, as my wife speaks fluent spanish). So we made ourselves a little cup of pod coffee every morning. On checking out (after a week) we were charged for these pods and that left a bitter taste.

Central location. Close to very good restaurants etc in Lastaria area. Excellent large room. Good air conditioning. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Large bathroom znd good shower. Very good breakfast. Free wine tasting in the hotel which was very good.

Requested an airport shuttle several times which was confirmed twice but didn't turn up. This meant we were scammed by taxi driver and lost z lot of money. We paid in cash but hotel put total cost of stay on my credit which took 2 days after stay to come off.

Lovely hotel, friendly and knowledgeable staff, perfect location, super clean, great food upstairs, good breakfast. We were on the seventh floor right below the rooftop bar. DO NOT stay on the 7th floor if you want to get any sleep before-2am unless you can sleep through an earthquake, tornado, or a rock concert. Went out and purchased earplugs but they didn't help at all. We would definitely stay there again but only on a lower floor.

Very loud noise from Rooftop bar on upper floor,

Great location, good breakfast

Placed in front rooms, above busy street, so was noisy at times. No screens on windows, could be buggy. Ordered taxi to airport Three days in advance with front desk, when time to leave for airport found no arrangements had been made. Lack of English comprehension was a problem and made for a stressful departure.

The hotel is in a good location opposite Santa Lucia hill. Like most of Santiago the area around is daubed with graffiti. The room was spacious and well decorated as was the hotel. The rooftop bar was excellent with great food and cocktails. The staff were wonderful and we were able to store our bags for 3 days whilst we visited Easter Island and returned to the hotel.

The breakfast was modest and repetitive. Some of our group just did not bother with it.

Super Clean. Modern and fresh. Great service. Able to buy a bottle of wine at front desk. Great breakfast. Staff watches over front door diligently. Only issue was the feel of the neighborhood after dark. It seemed unsafe because of all the gated stores and graffiti. It turned out to be fine and vibrant during the day. Not the fault of this property. As a new visitor to Santiago who made the reservation at the last minute, this turned out to be an excellent hotel and I would stay there again if I visit Santiago.

Surrounding neighborhood had a rough appearance after dark. But a few blocks away I found a vibrant, safe street of restaurants. The staff helped direct me there.
