Good location , friendly front desk staff, helpful and friendly housekeeping staff. Breakfast was good value and a wide range of dishes. Internet access was much better than expected. The staff in executive lounge were great !

The breakfast team , particularly the desk at the entrance were not very friendly or welcoming. No smile or greeting just a “tap your card” . One staff member snatches your card out of your hand to tap it. Really weird, does not trust the guest to tap their card ? More interested in making sure you have paid than welcoming hotel guests. Not a good start to the day.

Locality

The number of days they took to change linen and considering that I arrived day after midnight to be specific I don’t arrive on the 18 th but it was after midnight 19 so I missed out on one day and when I asked for late check out they only gave me up to 3 pm I wanted 6 pm due to my flight being 00:15 . I thought they were going to be considerate

Very good Location. 10 mins walk to Guangzhou station. 10 mins walk to the Masjid/Mosque. 2 mins to Mc Donalds, Starbucks, 7 Eleven, small groceries

The location is great for us as the main business we do is just down the road. Breakfast is great I just wish it would be open until 10.30 every day. The room was great as always.

I enjoy everything at the hotel, its staff very friendly, rooms very clean ,the service was very effecient.most of all i love china,its friendly people, no anti religion, law and order everywhere , no police carry guns all over like America, i feel very safe moving around. The only thing i hated was the pollution in the form of cigrette smoking. I had to wear mask most of the time to avoid the smell of cigrette smoking. I think cigrette smoking should be banned in public.its not healthy for those not smoking.

We stayed in a beautiful room on the 16th floor with a King size bed, stunning full bathroom with a window looking to the bedroom. We included breakfast in our booking and couldn't have been happier! The breakfast buffet is 100% worth it! Absolutely everything you can think of was there to eat. We joined for the buffet dinner one night and had the same wonderful experience as the breakfast. Really amazing service from all hotel staff. So friendly and helpful. Great location right across from the subway station, shops, parks etc. So much to see around the Hotel. We would gladly visit the China Hotel in Guangzhou again. Definitely 5 star quality! Thank you everyone who made our stay so great!

We honestly couldn't complain about anything. We had a really amazing stay at the Hotel and would highly recommend anyone to stay there.

Location grate, Metro next to Hotel. ,and very good restaurants in the lobby arear attached to hotel. Will visit again..

The Hotel has everything you could ask for and in the perfect location for those doing business in Guangzhou...great restaurants, Gym and staff is very helpful

The ambiance, its quite, the facilities around it. All very good.

The hotel is big and there was no staff to guide with directions or even how to use the lift.

Room, location & breakfast were awesome.

Toilet bowl should have bidet function.
