The staff : The best we experienced in the whole world. Always there to be at our service, without intruding our experience. The staff showed passion, pleasure for the work. The front desk did an excellent job in making this visit beyond expectations and then some more. The restaurant staff was incredible with service and suggestions. The food was very good. The breakfast : wafles are made in front of you... no words can describe the taste of a fresh baked wafle with maple sirup or honey in the morning with a cup of hot chocolate. The location : Everything is very close by, within 20 minute walk you find everything, ample choice of restaurants, shops, parks, clubs. the surrounding area feels secure for walking/ riding a bike at any time. The hotel : Wifi coverage in the whole hotel with good speeds, security measures in place without limiting ones freedom to move around. Everthing is clean. At some parts you see marks of normal use and wear, but never beyond limits.

Everything was beyond expectations, a suggestion for improvement however : If the biclycles (free to use) could be fitted with rain guards on the wheels, and a child seat.

room was nice and comfortable. the room service was efficient and timely. the location next to park el virrey is amazing if you like to walk/ excersize . In my last visit i discovered there was a pool , so next time I will prepare for that. The breakfast is well- balanced. the gentleman at the egg- ommelete station and his co workers are amazing!

having a great experience during the stay, at checkout i requested separate bills for my accommodation and my room service. these were provided, but then, passed onto my credit card before asking how i was going to pay. In my case i wanted to pay my room service etc. cash. So at that specific moment the technology didnt want to cooperate , the taxi was waiting, so things didnt go as smooth as i wished, just at the end. Upon return the story wasnt finished, but n mutual agreement and cooperation it was solved.

We arrived on a holiday and the front desk clerk was doubling as door person and taking luggage to the rooms, thus leaving the desk unattended for periods of time. This is not acceptable in a hotel of this category. I will complain again about the cozy lobby bar being replaced by a noisy and out of place Starbucks

As usual with Cite everything is above standard specially the staff. the quality of client service in all venues: front desk, dining room, floors is very high. friendliness, professionalism and courtesy are the norm for all members of the staff

The replacement of the cozy bar with a Starbucks was in my opinion a very bad decision client wise, surely is profitable but it eliminated one of the most pleasant venues of the hotel, now is a hotel with no bar and a noisy coffee shop

Is not my first time at the Cité hotel. I loved it!! They greet you with a wonderful herbal and fruit tea and a smile!!! The food is great and the staff VERY friendly!! The location is perfect too!!

I loved everything, first time there I thought the pillows were too hard for me. Next time I asked. At the time of booking softer pillows and I got them when arrived at my room!! :)

Great location near a park, multiple restaurants, pharmacy, etc. Coffee on the first floor of hotel and nice seating area. room was large, bed was decently comfortable but not great. gorgeous views from rooftop pool

With being located near a park, there was lots of noise from outdoor exercise classes, etc (2 hours one evening). There is little sound protection between the rooms- I could hear the room next when people walked, used a hair dryer, even coughed. Maybe this is because it was an adjoining room and the door lets through sound- this would be very unfortunate if you have a loud neighbor.

The room is as the photos large spacious and a very very comfortable and pillows. The staff was excellent and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and a variety

Honestly the only thin i didn’t like was it was a bit pricey compared to other hotels nearby

I have found that the hotel in perfect location: safe enough and quite close to streets with restaurants, groceries and mall. The room was clean and comfortable. I liked tasty breakfast: a local soup, cereals, pastry and lots of fruits

I did not find a way to heat the room.

The hotel and room were very good. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was friendly, professional and helpful. The location neighborhood is great.

It is a 15 - 30 minute drive (depending on traffic) to La Candelaria - where we hung out mostly

The superior room we stayed in was exceptionally big. Breakfast was very good and the staff is very attentive and friendly. The heated pool on the rooftop is a nice detail. Also nice is the on-premise Starbucks.

There was nothing I didn't like.
