Jazz Apartments is truly an amazing place for both short and long stays. For starters, it is located in one of the most popular areas with the beautiful Virrey park opposite to the hotel. You would love walking around and watching lively bogota people with many weekend activities happening at the park or around that area. Now coming to the hotel itself, the hotel and rooms are extremely clean and the housekeeping staff does an amazing job to keep it clean everyday. The hotel breakfast is another great point here, with very healthy options( exotic fruits, fruit juices, soups etc ) and amazing chefs to prepare anything you want. The spread is different almost everyday and has local Colombian dishes as well. Now lastly coming to hotel staff. This is my first time in Bogota and the hotel staff truly gives you a glimpse of how nice and kind Bogota people are. They are so lively and positive persons. They can provide you with a lot of information about Bogota and things happening around. They are very accommodating to reasonable requests and go a long way to make you feel as comfortable as possible. As a person arriving in Bogota for the first time, this place really makes you feel safe and fall in love with Bogota and the people.

Service, location and amenities were AMAZING. From the moment we booked the staff was super attentive. The night we arrived, the front desk texted me to make sure I had arrived well to Bogotá, knowing we were two women travelling solo, I greatly appreciated that. Every morning we were greeted at breakfast by Nubia and staff with the most amazing gestures. So much so, that by Friday morning (the day we were checking out) they already new our breakfast order, reserved our table in front of the TV to make sure we didn’t miss the Brasil vs. Croatia game (my friend is from Sao Paolo) so right then and there we fell in love with the property. After check out the manager and Jose , our bell man, were kind enough to let us keep some of our lugagge for the weekend since we were heading to Villeta and coming back sunday evening. We will definitely be coming back to Bogotá just to stay here.

There is a bit of bait and switch going on. the Junior Suite I hooked showed a room facing the park, with a balcony. we were given a side room facing the wall and a slice of the mountain. we ended up not moving as our room was quieter and we loved the mountain. Also, beware that they charge an arm and a leg for in-room water and coffee. it’s not free, of which you learn at check-out. two waters and two packs of coffee were $9 USD (you can get a taxi across the city for $4 USD). Finally, my friend was told laundry service was free and then the same person charged him $10 for 4 small pieces of washed clothing.

The staff is super attentive, and helpful all the time. Their service is one of the best I experienced in Bogotá. The building is quiet and located in a nice upscale neighborhood, walking distance from some of the best restaurants! The cleaning crew always did a great job as well. Nice black out curtains, and hot shower with good pressure. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Their restaurant doesn't have many options, I tried once their lunch, but it was barely edible. Their restaurant chairs are super uncomfortable as well. Just eat out or order Rappi and you will have a fantastic experience.

Wonderful 3-day stay here. Really nice spacious rooms with high ceilings, quality furnishings, and nostalgic jazz-centered decorations. Staff were wonderful and breakfast delicious. Security was really good, specifically I had a companion that stayed a night and left early in the morning and they called the room to double check that it was okay they were leaving

Not a big one but would be really nice to have on-premise self-serve laundry or at least lavanderia service :)

Great location in front of Virrey Park and the 15th avenue. Near to cafes, restaurants, supermarket, and the Zona T entertainment area. Staffs were great. Spacious bedroom, equipped with sofas and an elliptical trainer or treadmill. Comfy bed and bedding. Room was equipped with microwave, fridge, coffee pods maker, basic plates and cutleries. Didn't book the breakfast because plenty of food options in the area. Overall a great value hotel.

Soundproofed doors would really help reduce the noise from the elevator's foyer and adjacent rooms. More bathroom ammenities would be well appreciated.

Everything is pretty much great… Only thing was the windows to the balcony were still a bit loud even with the windows closed. Would definitely stay there again.

The location is fabulous. I love waking up to look over the park. The staff are incredibly friendly and make you really feel welcomed and are very attentive to whatever you need. I think it’s on the friendliest hotels I’ve ever stayed at anywhere on the planet.

After many years not coming here it was now my 3rd stay in this Hotel and it is still very recommendable. The appartement was big and well equipped for a business stay as well. Beside a huge and comfortable bed the room offers a desk to work and a couch set to relax. The bathroom was big and nice as well. Everything seems well taken care for. All together it is a homey place to stay in Bogota! Furthermore it has a good location since it is in a rather safe district of Bogota and it is very close to the Zona T and Parque 93. In front of the Hotel there is a nice park as well which invites for a walk or stay to enjoy a break. For me this Hotel is a place worth to recommend and I would always happily return!
