We loved the location, all different types of restaurants near by, you can choose from, felt safe. The view was great, from the room window able to see the park, Very great. The staff was helpful, very nice, friendly. We had Karen on the night we checked in, went smooth and quick. Also willing to give advice as to were to travel in Bogota, which areas and how to keep safe

Not so much in the hands of the hotel, but when opening the windows, it could get a bit noisy in the room, after all you are in an area where there is life, like a concert on a Sunday afternoon in the park. we would have loved having tea/coffee facility in the room, but on the other hand, the staff offered hot water so in the end not a issue. They went out off their way to help

The location is great, in a safe area close to a lot of nice bars and restaurants. The staff is really nice and helpful in case you need to leave your luggage before or after check-in. We were probably just lucky but we got a huge room with a jacuzzi-bathtub and a lovely view onto a nearby park.

There was a strange noise coming from somewhere outside, perhaps it was ventilation or something but it was a bit annoying during the night. + the crazy jacuzzi-bathtub had a rather complicated way of operating, so perhaps a little manual on that would be useful

Located in a great area surrounded by lots of food and nightlife options. The included breakfast was great!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay but a couple of things could have made our stay even more enjoyable! The elevator broke down several times when we there and it we were on the 5th floor. Sadly, this also happened on our day to check out. Also, the cleaning staff are very friendly, but the floors in our room were not very clean and for more than half the days (we stayed 14 nights) after our room had the cleaners in, something was missing such as toilet paper, no towels at all, or hand towel or floor mat missing.

I stayed for 16 nights. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the pink zone and with a 24-hour manned police station right in front of the hotel. Availability of any type of shop nearby. Very clean hotel and professional staff. On the ground floor there is a bar also with good breakfasts and a restaurant / pizzeria. In the evening and at night the area is calm but do not venture into the adjacent park as you can be robbed. Presence of staff at the reception at all times and friendly staff.

The hotel needs some maintenance but nothing major. The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work well and the room got damp with every shower. In Bogota there are no heaters so in the evening it can be a bit cold in the room.

Breakfast is provided at the restaurant attached to hotel. The people were very nice and the food was good as well. Very cute ambiance and they also have outdoor seating if weather permits. The room is a little dated but in otherwise great condition, spotless and large. Comfortable bed. Fantastic location only a 10-minute walk to Bogota's nicest mall. The area is safe next to a pretty park with tons of dogs and joggers. Great value and I would definitely stay here again.

I've been here 2 times and I like that it's quiet and central so it has one of the best zones nearby (Zona T) so it's full of malls, food and drinks. I love the italian restaurant on the side, check de Nonna's Meatballs.

The bathroom was really small and they couldn't put me in a room with the garden view as I stated in the reservation even tho there were other people in the same group than I that did have it (I made the reservation for the whole group)

The noice from the street and another's guests screaming outside the rooms..Note: The rooms are missing some amenities like irons and fresh towels.. the hotel is excellent how ever it needs a renovation basically in the rooms cuz it looks kind of old.

Very helpful staff at the front desk. The location in front of El Virrey park makes possible great relaxing and colorful walks with many people enjoining it.
