I liked the location because it was quite central to everything I needed to do. The room was nice and comfortable. The reception staff, specially Luz Gomez and Elio Juarez, were always very helpful and willing to please. The cleaning staff was honest and were always friendly and professional, particularly one lady called Marina, who lifted my spirits when I was going through bad day :). Not forgetting the Hotel's mascot/guard Dog Milna (with her smart bandana/bow tie), who always welcomed me when I arrived to the Hotel, particularly with food in my bag :) :) .

The noise across the road from small bars full of students dancing/singing and drinking every night from Thursday nights through to Sunday morning, sometimes until 4.00-5.00am :( :(

People and location is absolutely amazing, the room was big and very comfortable, was cool for the price, I think they should include the breakfast for the price I paid, but it was ok as there are a BUNCH of options around, and very good ones. We also loved mila :)

the facilities are a little bit old and not well treated, I think they should invest a little bit more on it, so they can even raises the prices :). for the rest the place is great.

The hotel is located in a very nice and safe area of Bogota, close to a lot of restaurants and bars. The reception is open 24/7 so even though we were arriving very early in the morning we could check-in straight away. The rooms are nice and clean, ours was also very big but I know that our friends had one that was a bit too small.

The breakfast options are quite limited, they are pretty much just different forms of eggs. Perhaps other dishes, such as porridge or pancakes could be added.

Everything was amazing. The staff amazing, helpful and friendly. We loved Mila (the hotel's pet). The room very comfortable and roomy. Every day they clean the room. The breakfast was included. We loved the area. Very safe. I love it.

The price is very good for all the confort! It is right next to Zona T, the best one in Bogotá with lots of restaurants and bars! The location is in a very safe place, in Bogota it is good that your hotel is well located... The staff was very helpful and nice!

We had a small problem with our bathroom, but the hotel helped and changed our room! I had nothig to complain about.

Great hotel in a central area of Bogota, close to shops and good restaurants. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean.

Close to a busy road and the windows don't block the sound very much.

The floor had like mold near the bed or something black...breakfast was not the best... the coffee was not so good orange juice was not so good either...they really need to improve the breakfast

No soundproofing between walls so very loud if others are talking or watching tv, woke up to a little kid having a very loud tantrum
