I arrived at the hotel without my wallet which I had left at home. So I had no way to pay for my room. Juan, who was holding fort at reception on my arrival, and the others the next day were extremely considerate, let me stay in the room while I arranged to have money wired to me. All the hotel staff were extremely courteous and friendly. That for me, beats anything a room offers. Breakfast was great!

The temperature in the room at night could not be controlled. The windows absorbed and radiated cold into the room. There were numerous blankets which will probably satisfy most people, but were too hot for me.

It was literally close to everything, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, stores, bakeries, etc. The room was everyday cleaned and really comfy, and the staff was truly helpful.

Breakfast hours were too early, from 7 to 9, if you go for vacation and leisure purposes waking up at 7 or 8 is not really what you’re looking for. I will suggest they extending the hours to 10am, just like on the weekend. It was actually really pricey for Bogotá. And the bathroom had little privacy. It truly needed a door.

I lived for a month in the Apartasuites and had an amazing stay. The suite was spacious and comfortable and had all I needed. Some even have balconies! The staff was phenomenal, so helpful and kind and went out of their way to make the stay wonderful. I was even able to stay in my room til evening before a very late flight. The work/conference space is well equipped and the location is perfect for walking to all the delicious restaurants and grocery stores (from little markets to a fantastic Carulla grocery store with liquor department and even a gourmet market) and the Avenida Chile mall with good-rate currency exchange on the top floor and a wide variety of stores for everything I needed including a new suitcase and undergarments. The fantastic Old Creek trail (online reservations required) is also nearby, where you can hike up from the bustle of Bogota to gorgeous jungle and even a “paramo” micro-ecosystem that’s maybe more amazing than the Monserrate destination so popular in this wonderful city.

I'm thinking how can I describe this hotel, but I really can't find it. I can say this place is a legend. The hotel has been designed in such a way that Even if you do not leave the hotel for days, you will not get bored. The hotel does not provide this with pools, spas or fitness rooms. because I stayed in hotels where I got bored even though they had such facilities. There are no such facilities in Nico ApartaSuites, but I can guarantee that you will feel more comfortable than in your own home with its wonderful facilities and staff. I have stayed in a 5 star hotel in Bogota for more than 10 days before and now I have stayed at Nico ApartaSuites for 5 days. and I'm mad at myself for not discovering this place until now.In fact, I think I'll be sad to leave here and Colombia. So what were the things that impressed me so much in this hotel? 1- Always being clean 2- It's a great design. Being in any part of the hotel makes you happy with its decoration and design that has been thought out to the smallest detail. 3- Wonderful, cute, spacious rooms with balconies, magnificent bathrooms, comfortable beds. 4- Free breakfast, 24-hour coffee and tea. They did not even ask for a fee from my friend who was a guest at the hotel's cafe. 5- Shared kitchen. Always clean and her table full of fruit, You can buy food from outside and cook in a kitchen equipped with the latest technology. And it's completely free. 6-I left the best for last. Great hotel staff. They are so helpful that they do a lot of good without your asking. Even if they don't have a job and you don't want to. So much so that sometimes I am ashamed of their good deeds. Even though I didn't know him at all and I left him a small gift, I especially thank the attendant who cleaned my room. I would like to tell more about this hotel, but I'm afraid they'll think I'm someone advertising the hotel😂 I don't know if I will come to Colombia again (I hope I can).

Very comfortable rooms, clean, quiet, in a great location, near to Zona G and Zona Rosa. Plenty places to eat round the corner and an amazing little eatery/bar next door called Perdido. We didn't interact too much with he staff but the place was really comfy and secure. I read all the reviews about the lift and renovations - it's true there were some renovations happening but they were so minor they weren't even noticeable and didn't affect us at all. No noise. And the lift was fine, I think one day when my partner got in it wasn't working but it must have been for a short time.

The apartment we had was very spacious. The staff are nice and very accommodating. The complementary breakfast in the morning was a very nice bonus. The view we had even at the back (or side?) of the building was nice. The location is perfect; we would live in the area if we could.

The building has a lot of maintenance issues and is in the middle of renovations as was previously mentioned in guest comments. The only elevator there was out of service the whole stay, it makes carrying heavy luggage up and down a steep, spiral staircase a little difficult, but staff offered to help. It was noticeable in the apartment we rented: some lightbulbs out, shower door never stays shut, cracks and peeling drywall, an electrical outlet separated from the wall. We specifically mentioned the shower door several times because the shower water would wet the bathroom for everytime the door swings wide open. The staff, however, never addressed the issue.

Cozy and convenient! The staff is great! I really appreciated how well the cleaning staff made up the room each day.

Climate controls were not in the room- you had to open a window for cool and get under the blankets for warm. The refrigerator whistled and needed to be unplugged or you’d hear the whistle all night.

Bed is awesome (double pillow, sheet and comforter), building has no funny sounds (meaning you can have a peaceful night), breakfast is great, staff is friendly, elevator on the premises, pretty clean, warm water reliable on the shower, great location for restaurants close by and public transport lines.

Bathroom door is a bit of a joke (a glass door which is only visual, you can hear all), room door is not soundproof (if someone is loud middle of the night you will hear it all), pretty unreliable internet

I went to Cartagena, Medellin and finally Bogota. What I can tell is that the best staff from all three was Bogota. I give 10/10 to this hotel. All staff were very kind, specifically JUAN CARLOS. He went beyond my expectations. He helped my friend and I in all the questions we have. The room was very clean, restaurants around and the transmileniun was about 10 minutes away from hotel. I highly recommend this hotel. The bed were so confotable. Breakfast delicious and you can ask for different varieties of your choice. In the contrary, in Cartagena was very limit of choices. Love my stay and I will go back to this hotel. ❤️ IT!!!!

Great value for money option with a nice room and good bathroom in a great location. Having a supermarket across the street was very convenient as well

Overall I really enjoyed the stay, yet the breakfast was a bit simple and I would have enjoyed more fruits. Further, it would have been nice to have a hairdryer in the bathroom
