The staff, the food, and the amenities were amazing, the best restaurant of any hotel I've ever stayed in. Definitely go for the option with breakfast, as it is totally worth it, and don't shy away from the a la carte menu since it's delightful (and extremely faily priced!). The staff is kind and helpful, there are several supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and it's easy to move around the city from the hotel's location.

The location is not great and my room didn't have air conditioning. Bogota's weather is quite fresh, but the rooms get hot, which makes it difficult to sleep for me (but if you like it toasty, you'll be fine!).

The room was large. Two queen beds, a table and a desk. Bathroom was comfortable. Everything needed was included: Safe, Fridge, Closet and drawers, hair dryer, Iron and board. The breakfast buffet is excellent it has a wide variety, and the staff is great. The breakfast hall is huge. It's a very nice location in the North part of the city. Although its a business area its pretty calm and everything seems near by.

There wasn't anything I disliked. It has everything a big city hotel should have, We were quite satissfied.

Breakfast is fantastic, great selection well presented. The area is fantastic also with Malls, shops, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacies, pubs.. All in walking distance.. And relatively safe area to walk around... Take usual precautions as you would walking in any large city. Suite was spacious and comfortable, 24hr room service excellent

Water in the shower took a while to get hot but was fine once it finally got there. Bed while quite large was a bit too hard for my taste... I like a firm mattress but this was a bit too firm. Still slept well but had to roll over more than usual when the mattress started to hurt a bit.

It is about a 15 minute walk from the city "centre" which is great as you are not in a very noisy part of the centre itself. The hotel breakfast was very varied, they literally have all types of food to choose from, drinks and the staff are usually very nice as well. The room was massive, the bed a little hard but was comfy and they have AC if needed.

Having dinner, was very slow and there were about 3 waiters and about 30 people. They took 45 minutes to give us a salad, we had to ask for our drinks a few times, the salad and the food ordered were not the food we ordered, and had to further wait again. It was getting to the point where it was laughable and we speak fluent Spanish, so language was not a problem. The selection of wine was a bare minimum and not very good quality. For breakfast, the staff are attentive, but if you are vegan, you might have problems getting hold of almonds or soya milk. Overall the experience was very good, I just felt the catering staff were not efficient in dealing with requests and they do not write down the orders, hence the reason they make mistakes.

Location is decent and safe neighbourhood. Good value for a money. Friendly front desk staff. They checked me in early and checked me out late without extra cost. They spoke perfect English.

Breakfast was “just okay” I didn’t find it particularly amazing. There were lot of varieties to chose from of course, fresh fruits etc. But as a frequent traveler and compared to other hotels in Bogotá I didn’t find it super amazing. Pineapple juice tastes like water, orange juice tasted sour and bitter. The staff at the breakfast room weren’t that attentive to guests. I had to wait and wave hands several times before they’ll bring me coffee.

The breakfast is amazing - the soups alone make the stay worth it. Staff was very helpful and the cleaning team consistently cleaned very well. The rooms were very quiet, comfortably dark, liked the bathroom supplies. The bed & sheets were very comfortable. For first time Bogotá visitors, this is the place to stay -- it is in a relatively safe, clean neighborhood, close to good malls, restaurants, offices.

The coffee served at breakfast and in the rooms just tastes so bad.

It's located in a great and safe area. The staff was accommodating. The hotel has its own taxi service if interested. Also the breakfast is amazing! The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a nice view of the city and beautiful mountains. A great experience. Would book this hotel again.

There's no AC, portable or ceiling fan.

There was great variety at breakfast buffet. The staff was very helpful and kind, the airport pick up and drop off is very convenient and affordable. Totally worths it. It is located in a safe area. The bed was very comfortable.

The room key was getting discharged every day so we had to go to reception at least once per day. The furniture in the room was very outdated as well as at the rooftop bar. We stayed at the studio king suite with sofa bed and it did not meet our expectations. The windows were very old and cold was coming in. We only received one shampoo and body shower even though we were 2 people in the room/Not enough towels. No stationary in the room,no sleepers. For this hotel brand, the facilities were very poor.

I thought the actual hotel was really nice. Nice and clean, the room was large and comfortable and well equiped. The breakfast was very nice. It's also a great location for La Zona Rosa - lots of restaurants and shops nearby and relatively safe neighbourhood.

The staff weren't particularly helpful or friendly. They did their job but they didn't go out of their way to go above and beyond. For instance we arrived a bit late to do the laundry there and they didn't make any recommendations of any alternatives and were very strict about the check in time. We stayed in a lot of places in Colombia and we just didn't find the staff as friendly as other places.

The room was excellent, as well as the food from room service and in the restaurant. Especially the breakfast buffet. The variety was great, with many choices of fresh fruits, juices and food options to suit most tastes.

The only real problem I experience was getting my laundry back timeously. And when I inquired I was told I would have it at a certain time, only to receive it 2 hours after it was promised to me. Otherwise no other problems encountered.
