the location is great, rooms are clean, staff was very helpful in keeping our bags while we were gone for a few days. reasonably priced as well

the hotel decoration and facilities are not very cosy, it’s honestly cold inside which does not help to feel welcome. the bed of the normal double room was extremely small, seemed almost like smaller than a 140cm? and chemical smell of cleaning products upon entering the bedroom was very very strong.

Absolutely great money! Close location within walking distance to plenty of bars and restaurants and very helpful staff. The breakfast is exceptional for the price as you have the option to decide what you want.

The bed was a little bit too firm and the room at the street side is quite noisy since it is a busy street. There are constructions next to the hotel, but it's nothing that the hotel can do about.

everything, the location is perfect, close to so many restaurants but still far enough away from the main street that it is quaint. the room and whole building was lovely, well decorated and super clean. access to a proper 4 floor gym was amazing. the breakfast was delicious too.

the only thing that could be improved would be that the breakfast was described as an American breakfast, however what was served every day was arepa’s and eggs. it was delicious still but it should maybe be described as a colombian breakfast just so people can expect the right thing!

Nice bed, good location, daily cleaning, the room has a window, 24 hour desk was great, nice location, free use of the big gym at the other side of the road, there was a good laundry service, the building has an elevator. breakfast was included. some of the people of the desk speak English. good value for the money

the shower was not great, either very warm or too cold, taking a lot of time to warm up and with little water pressure / little water. once we were 10 minutes late for breakfast because we were mistaken for the time but we were not allowed to get food even though everything was still available on the table. the breakfast contained eggs, sweet breads, juice and fruit, which is ok but was a bit boring if you stayed multiple days and missed for me the yoghurt

The Breakfast was nice. No much to choose from. The staff was very nice and friendly.

The location is very good, you are near a good amount of restaurants that are quite good. And, is easy to get there. There are gyms near by, with one right in front of it

I would be great if they could enable the service of restaurant, or add a training or relaxation zone like a sauna for example

Good value hotel. Many restaurants around and felt safe. Great for a short stay.

The room and bed were small. We had to keep asking the staff to refill/bring more food at breakfast as it quickly ran out. The don't have an agency to provide tours in Bogotá.

Nice Hotel. Good located to explore Bogota. Parking available. Good breakfast. Fitnesscenter included. Nice and helpful employees
