I loved everything! The bed was super comfy, with different types of pillows. Whoever designed the room understands lighting, as there were pleasantly layered lighting options. Friendly service, room service breakfast to order included, a small kitchenette with ample fridge room. Whenever I needed something (a wine glass, spoons, etc), a nice version of it was delivered immediately. The grounds are gorgeous and covered in plants. This is probably the nicest stay I’ve had at any locale. Completely recommend, 200/10!

Nothing, it was a perfect stay for me.

I initially booked a studio apartment at Grace Hotel because the area was described to me as Bogotá’s “sweet spot:” within reasonably distance from the city center and surrounded by great restaurants. I stayed there just short of three weeks, going to La Candelaria most of the days. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to make my stay easy and enjoyable. The breakfast is a nice bonus, too. I’ll stay there again next time I’m in Bogotá.

Not all sockets worked. Not all lamps worked. Bad sound isolation on windows. No AC. WC door is just a clear glass and curtain (not private, if you are traveling with someone, you hear everything very clearly what in the wc happens. Not so nice i reality if you compare photos. Hard to find hotel, onyla a small sign. At night time, you do t k ow where is the door. You need to knock on huge metal door (looks like garage), and personal from inside will let you in (24h desk open).

Good breakfast delivered to your room. Great views from the terrace. Comfortable bed, a good desk I used for work for few hours. Nice location which is close to good restaurants and bars. We felt safe enough to walk even at night (few blocks only)

Beware there is not the best soundproofing between the bedroom and neighbors bedroom. We heard their TV clearly. That one night we used earplugs (just letting you know) which was not a big issue

This review is about The Grace Chapinero. I booked The Grace Hotel but when I arrived there was an issue with the water, so they relocated me to Grace Chapinero. The hotel has great rooms, silent and with the a nice double floor. I liked the design of the hotel, breakfast was great and staff was kind. The mexican restaurant on the ground floor (where breakfast was served) is nice and attracts a young crowd, great tacos!

The location of the hotel is not the best. During the day it was fine, with lots of shops around, but at night it is rather dark and doesn't feel very safe. Taxis will take you anywhere though, and the location is perfect to go to surrounding neighborhoods.

The beds are SUPER comfortable - you can sink into the mattress and the duvets are soft and snuggly. Great night’s sleep was had! The breakfasts were solid, with different fruit and juice every day for variety and lovely croissants included. The welcome was warm and service strong.

The place could do with a few touch-ups of paint, filler etc. and the windows are old, letting in a bit of noise, but these are minor quibbles.

once again another great stay in Bogota in a neighbourhood we really like and feel comfortable. the staff are super friendly and helpful, the rooms spacious and comfortable bed and great shower with plenty of hot water. The area is very quiet with an abundance of restaurants and parks within walking. Tasty breakfasts although this time since Covid, we ate in our room rather than the patio area. If I could suggest anything it would be hooks or towel racks, as there is a note to hang towels if you don’t want to launder to save water. Unfortunately there was no place to hang them.

Rooms at The Grace are always clean, comfortable and quiet. Excellent water pressure in the showers and comfortable beds/pillows make for a restful stay. A variety of options are offered for breakfast each day and made to order, delivered to your room or enjoyed on the garden terraza. Reception and housekeeping go above and beyond to make sure your stay is optimal. Staff members Ricardo and Clemencia have treated me as family during my visits these past two years and really make The Grace home away from home.

The staff was incredible. They were kind and extremely helpful. The location was great. surrounded by delicious restaurants and lots of variety. You have a small kitchenette in your room if you don’t want to go out. Carulla is a short 5-minute walk. The breakfasts were delicious and are served either in your room or the terrace. It was clean and quiet!

Nothing really. The only annoying thing which they can’t do anything about is there is no direct access to the Septima (main road). You have to walk up and around the block to get to the main road.
