Beautiful small and friendly hotel complex which is always pristine and immaculate. Attention to detail and personalised service for a small hotel is outstanding and well worth visiting this hotel over bigger hotels in Cartagena. Grat pool area if you fancy stay away from busy city centre. Breakfast was simple but tasty and well prepared. The whole team here are incredible! If you are visiting Cartagena and you’re in doubt book this straight away without hesitation. It is only 10min walk from the airport, brilliant location and 5 minutes by taxi to Muralla de Cartagena.

I liked the room we booked originally (queen bed, pool view), though it was given to us starting the second night, as the previous guests staying decided to stay a night longer without advising the owners. The pool is small, but pleasant, and it is the perfect spot to start your day. It's a pity it closes early, however I understand this is done to avoid any type of disruption to other guests by guests that may think this pool is for partying, and I personally prefer quiet hotel surroundings. The breakfast is a little bit on the small portion side, but it is tasty and freshly made. Don Hugo, the receptionist in the evening is a pleasant and knowledgeable person to chat with and ask for advice about things to do in Cartagena. Room was well cleaned, I'd probably miss more water pressure in the shower. It is totally worth the price Vs what you get, and talking about distance, it is walking distance from the airport, 10-15 minutes walk to the closest beach and going beyond to Marbella, and a 15-minutes ride to the Historic Centre. We would definitely go back!

Things to improve: better WiFi speed, and channels availability in all rooms TVs.

Very clean and spacious room and clean common premises, very helpful staff (they called us Uber, made breakfast earlier, because of our early flight, we could borrow the iron), WARM water, very QUIET air-conditioning, clean small pool, free good coffee during the day, pleasing sitting in the common place. Good breakfast. In general, we felt very comfortable and safe here.

Noise from the early morning (during cleaning and preparing the breakfast by the staff). Just few sockets at the room, badly situated. We had the apartment A1, directly next to the reception, and the window from the toilet / bathroom missed the glass (just mosquito net) - so no private for us.

This could have probably been avoided if we spoke better spanish, but the eggs for breakfast are NOT free. Anyway, hanging a sign with this information and the price somewhere in the dining area would be helpful.

The stay was amazing after 26h travelling to Colombia. i arrived at 11pm and it was only a short walk from the airport. Great breakfast and staff, close to the beach (7min walking). didn’t have time to explore further around but best option if you need your space and be close to the airport.

The location is very close to the airport. We walked there in 10 minutes. They have a good breakfast and a great pool.The room was large and the bed was comfortable. Lots of places to eat close by.

Great location for arriving/departing from the airport, quiet and safe neighbourhood. The room was enormous and super comfy, with A/C and TV. Breakfast was ok, nothing fancy but good. We didn't try the swimming pool, but looked nice.

Everything was ok.

Not much chanells at the tv available and the lock at the door was a liltle bit dificult to open and closed. But the rest was ok, I like it, nice area, close to the airport and to the beaches.

Quiet area, big and confortable bed.

Staff atitude: they were looking to charge me extra for anything (breakfast, even it was included, due to Genius membership). They said it is not included and I told them to re check my booking. Futher, they proposed me a different room for higher price, despite the fact I could book using booking.Com and get the same initial price.
