Room and bathroom clean. shower with tub all together was amazing! a lot of pools and restaurants, you don’t have to go out to eat. Beach was clean and very accesible from the hotel. Pizza at the Pizza place was so good!

Pools need some love and upgrade asap, specially the ones at the Casa de Playa ( kids pool/playground and the pool with the big slide) . Pool bar service is EXTREMELY SLOW! at the beach, lot of people coming to you to offer products, services etc… it is annoying as the won’t leave you in peace.

this is the place to be. It has everything you need for your mental and physical comfort to join your days off. the staff: they are 100% dedicated to serve you with all needs including thing outside of the hotel. i will come back to las americas. Beach local Vendors: i guess they are also aware of how to treat the tourists.They were all lovely.

I am still looking for something bad about this hotel BUT still cant find it and i will never find it.

Everything was amazing, staff at the bar, restaurants, front desk, etc. They were all so kind and extremely helpful. We planned our stay in another hotel and ended up switching hotels the first day to Las Americas Torre del Mar, and we were so glad we did. French fries were AMAZING!!!!! Transportation to the Old City was super easy. Definitely will be back very soon.

Pillows were so uncomfortable, and breakfast everyday exactly the same.

Proximity to airport, facilities, atm's, stores, the 10th floor, Err restaurant, family oriented, all of the employees are A+, the beach, the pools, restaurants, room service and the buffets

Power outages every single day, sometimes two and three times a day. The bars, restaurants and nightlife closing hours need to be late, not between 10 and 11pm. I never asked for it but didn't see facial towels in the bathroom.

The hotel offers a moderm facility, great pools (check the roof top one) with bar and amazing ocean views, along with a reasonable price and a few restaurant options. It is also just 15min from the aiport by cab/uber (3usd). The beach in front is very average, however it is great for long walks.

facilities has been a bit rough after the pandemic. Many rooms are with somewhat problem (balcony door cannot lock, missing one lamp, the sealing of the bathtub coming off. oh and they DO NOT OFFER complimentary mineral bottle water now. everything consumable thing that you see in the room has a charge.

As Always the hotel was perfect except for a few things that could be better the hotel and the experiences, the service absolutely good, the breakfast good and tasty, the restaurants delicious and the reservation in Erre outstanding well I have to tell all was good, my recommendation is a maintenance issue in one of the bathrooms in Torre Del Mar near to the elevators, one of the doors have a screw as a locking and this make looks ugly the hotel I know its just a screw but if you wanna be the best nothing could be improvised!!! I will back anytime and I hope sooner than I thought!

incredibly clean, with an amazing sea view, excellent food, drink, facilities, swimming pool and attentive staff

The beach is kinda private, but still, there are informal sellers who come to approach you. you hear almost everything happening in the corridor and room next door.

customer service, food and variety of activities. shower water pressure is perfect!

bathrooms, pools and playgrounds need renovation as soon as possible. Bathroom wall paper is falling off.

The location of the hotel, the friendly employees, very organized the towel service in the pools and beach, the buffet breakfast was good,the restaurant on the 10th floor, very good service, gourmet food.

totally disagree that for the category of the hotel the rooms smell moldy, the bathrooms need maintenance on the doors of the rooms as well.
