Absolutely stunning building with high ceilings and open courtyards on all the floors. The rooftop pool was gorgeous- a perfect place to relax with a lovely breeze. In a very good location in Centro historico but amazingly quiet. The restaurant opposite is fantastic. The staff were exceptionally helpful - arranging a taxi for us to our next destination and messaging to check we had arrived ok. We were also allowed to leave our luggage for 4 days when we visited an island.

Casa Quero is a beautiful and intimate colonial house that has been converted into a small hotel and retains the charm of the original building. The garden and sitting areas are lovely and there is a small pool and sitting area on the roof as well. The location is perfectly located in the center of the historical city within the protecting walls. The staff is warm and very generous and a pleasure to work with.

lights went out one night but it was a neighborhood issue. they don’t have a back up generator but they do have emergency lights for the common areas.

Very nice rooms! The swimming pool was very great! The staff (cleaning ladies were super friendly). We would stay again! Also close to the city centre.

The neighbours were noisy, but you have to be lucky with that in whole Cartagena I think. The hotel could not do anything about this as this was not in their power. We also were dissapointed we could not use the pool anymore after we checked-out and in waiting time for our taxi to get to the airport. Didn't see the point in not allowing this to us.

It’s a great place. You get to stay at one of the great buildings you see while walking in the city center and with a certain luxury. It is also beautifully decorated. I was a little bit afraid because of a few number of bad comments but had no problem whatsoever and absolutely loved the place. The breakfast was good in Colombian standards. Location requires no discussion.

It takes time to arrange the hot-cold balance of the water in the shower.

Location was good, breakfast and breakfast service was excellent. Place was nice and clean. Pool and leisure areas were very nice.

Hot water tap in shower was Intermittent at the beginning of stay and got worse so that it didn't work at all near end of stay

Like everywhere in Colombia, the service was great. The building keeps it old fashioned charm but is very beautiful too. And the swimming pool on the roof top is really nice, with a stunning view on Cartagena. Its location, in the middle of the heart of Cartagena, at a 5mn walk from Getsemani is perfect.

A gorgeous room (we booked a deluxe room): 5-meter high ceilings, tastefully decorated, spacious bathroom, a balcony / terrace overlooking the Quero street. The hotel itself is located in an old casa with cozy patios. The location is San Diego, which is the quiet part of the Old Town with not so much noise during night time.

When we first arrived the lobby was full of luggage and people waiting for something. The lady at the reception could be somewhat more welcoming and helpful to the guests.

Let me start by focusing on the staff! Just amazing they help us with transport needs, restaurant recommendations etc. They were like family. The Breakfast is just amazing. The location is great - goo restaurants nearby and walking distance to all the attractions of the old city. the pool is nice too. (BUT AGAIN IF YOU WANT SERVICE; THIS TEAM WILL DELIVER, THEY ARE SO NICE) I was there with the Kids and they made us feel at home.
