Good value for money. The staff is very friendly! They helped us in the evening when we urgently needed medication and brought it within 10 minutes! They answered all our questions, provided helpful advice, and promptly resolved any issues. The rooms are spacious and everything works. There are air conditioners! We had two rooms, one of them had a small refrigerator and three huge windows. The second room was bigger, with a wardrobe, but it didn't have a window at all. There is no hot water, but usually there is warm water in the evenings. We thought that maybe it heats up during the day. It's comfortable to take a shower, as the water is indeed warm. It's great that breakfast is included. There was a small selection, but there was always scrambled eggs, fruits, and cereal. The area is very quiet, no noisy parties or disruptive music. There is a 24-hour shop within a 10-minute walk where you can buy water. The city's historic center is a 20-minute walk away. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was affordable and very good.

Absence of a window in one of the rooms. The soundproofing is not very good, especially with different floors. In the room with three windows, the windows were very dirty :c

The hotel has placed benches outside of the rooms. Two nights in a row, a group of other guests were carrying on extended conversations outside my room at 1:30 in the morning and woke me up. The second night I actually had to go outside and ask them (8 people) if they could go somewhere else to talk. The property should encourage some kind of noise limitations after a certain time of night and then enforce them.

I ve been comparing hotels before this one and El Marques was the perfect stayed. EVERYTHING was excellent .It is blocks away from the beautiful Getsemani and la ciudad amurallada. All The staff is very kind and helpful. The lady serving the breakfast it is so kind. We loved our stayed. Thank you!

Really nice place. Great size room, shower was good. Air con worked well. Staffwere very friendly breakfast was good !although sometimes slow getting everything so allow a little time. A bottle out of the busy areas but we don't mind that. Fridge in room is great.

We were in the restaurant block. Sleeping past 6am is difficult, especially if you're a light sleeper. Maybe ask for a room not in that block if that's the case.

friendly staff, particularly the lady from breakfast service had a lovely genuine smile on her face every morning! Mattress in 09 is very comfortable location is good, quick 8000 cop Uber ride to walled town try the reinas arepas place around the corner - best arepas we had in Colombia!

Very friendly front desk, helpful with cabs and other info. Convenient location a 25 min cab ride from the airport, 45 minutes during morning traffic to the bus terminal. Very close to Manga bay, easy walk to Getsemaní and the old city. A/C, comfy bed, good breakfast (lots of fruit, eggs, and arepas!)

The place seems to be recently opened or renewed. Everything looks clean, the beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is delicious. Thumbs-up to the friendly and professional staff. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

The whole bathroom gets wet because the water drains from the shower zone.
