The room was nice and it was clean but there were frosted glass in the windows so we did not have any view from our room. The bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good. It had a large variety of different food and the lady server was extremely nice and had a beautiful smile. We arrived in Cartagena at 10:30 pm and did not want to walk the short distance to the hotel so we asked a taxi to take us there. Unfortunately we had a very bad experience as the taxi driver drove us around for about 20 minutes looking for the hotel which was only a block and a half away from the airport. We were so upset and tired that we asked him to bring us back to the airport. I then called the hotel from the airport and spoke to a very nice and helpful gentleman who ended up speaking to another taxi driver and told him exactly where the hotel was and that taxi driver brought us to the hotel.

I didn't like the idea that when I checked out I told the reception I took a bottle of water and they charged me $7,000 Colombian pesos cash and when I asked for a receipt for my room, I realized when I reached my home that the same reception charged me again $7, 000 Colombian pesos for the water on my Visa card.

Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Questions were answered before I could even ask them. Once I turned around by the pool to ask for a towel and Emilce was already standing there with one. It felt so warm, like family. I wanted to stay there because of the airport, but now I want to stay there when I return, even though not in the City centre, it is worth it!!! Special mention to all the staff especially Emilce, I hope I spelt her name right, cause she is a Queen!!!

I am picky and for me to have zero complaints is rare, but I honestly couldn't ask for more.

only stayed here one night for a layover, less than 5 minute walk to airport. close to some cute local restaurants. Pool was super cute, quiet and calm. The drinks from the bartender were tasty! staff were helpful.

our room was on the first floor so there was a bit of noise coming from the main hallway (to the restaurant and pool) our window was semi interior to a little resting room off the main hallway so we couldn’t really open it.

We needed a room close to airport for early morning flight. It's 1 block from the airport - easy walk even with luggage. They serve nice breakfast starting very early - 6 AM. Not the best area of the city, but hotel is very clean, nice and quiet.

We had one of the interior rooms with frosted window - no outside light. AC was blowing air right on the bed and adjustments did not help direct airflow away from it. But these were all minor issues. I wouldn't choose this location for a longer stay.

I really enjoyed the staying the staff are very nice the way they welcomed everyone it was very pleasant from the the front desk to the dining room lobby the maid they threatened you like you are at home. Vey clean very professional and they are across the airport you don’t need a cab because is 4 minutes walking. The lady on the restaurant she talked to me very nice. All the staff are very professional I do recommend this place 100 hundred percent you will loved it and definitely on my next trip I will staying again

Everything about this hotel was good. Three minute walk to the airport, close to grocery, pharmacy and food. The staff was very helpful even with the language barrier, they always had a smile and worked hard at pleasing their guests. The place was exceptionally clean and breakfast and lunch was tasty. I recommend this place with unbridled enthusiasm.

The shower would flood because of slow drainage and the sheets smelled like they needed to be dried more...musty

We needed a place close to the airport and only stayed for a night as we had very early flight times. The property was clean and just like the pictures. Even though we were walking distance to the airport, the staff was great and offered to call us cars for our luggage at 3a and 5a when had to leave.

This place is right next to the airport, not even 2 minutes away! It's very close to a pharmacy and good food, like the fish place next store. It was clean and quiet, with a comfy bed. But what made it really amazing was the lovely and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to help me. I needed to get a ride to Santa Marta, and the lady at the front desk was so helpful to me and talking to uber drivers and cab drivers to make sure I would be safe, get a fair price, and make the best choice. When you are a single woman traveling in a foreign country, it really makes a difference to stay at a place that cares about your safety and well being. The value is very good. I would stay again.

I didn't like that the windows were tinted so you couldn't see much outside but I imagine they do this for privacy reasons.

We used the hotel only for a few hours when we had a long airport delay. It's a block from the airport, that was super convenient. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the hotel was clean, and the bed was comfrotable.

The hotel served its purpose for what we were looking for, there was nothing to complain about.

Location was perfect, could walk to the airport 3 mins away. Room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel staff were welcoming and very friendly, attentive. Restaurants close by.
