It would be nice to have a bottle of water in the room It would be good to have an Info card in the room with times for the pool, breakfast, numbers to call reception, how to work the safe etc. Room needs a hair dryer It was tricky to work the TV It would be good to have a larger, more varied lunch/evening menu

The place is close to everything, which is the main reason to stay there, IMO. And it is comfortable! Breakfast was good, and although choices were not as abundant, as in some other places I stayed, but if you need additional food, there is a ton of restaurants within 2-3 walking distance.

I wish staff spoke English better. It was definitely manageable (and it seems to be generally a problem in Colombia, so I was mentally prepared), but it does make things a bit more complicated than it otherwise could be.

Great feeling of safety and 24/24H front desk! I was welcomed with a nice cocktail. I stayed in a spacious double room with a on a great bubbly street in the Historical Centre of the city (select wisely). Very clean, nice hot running water, powerful air conditioning, good Wi-Fi, WONDERFUL staff, impeccable cleaning service, a functional elevator, a restaurant and bar on the 5th floor with a rooftop and even a jacuzzi and a swimming pool. There’s also a bar on the ground floor and the entry hall looks GREAT. The staff is really the highlight sans the best part of this hotel. So friendly and helpful. You feel VERY safe in the hotel. The hotel is IN the city centre of the historical part of the city and close to many museums and the start of many touristic tours. It’s close to a port where you can take boats to beaches like Playa Blanca and Pao Pao beach. It’s also very easy to access other parts of the city from the hotel thanks to the amount of taxis you encounter. The stay comes with a breakfast buffet from 7-10. They’re always welcoming you with a warm drink and a glass of juice. You have the option for eggs (I don’t eat eggs), you can always get a plate of fruit and the special pastries change throughout the week. My absolute favourite was the carrot cake. Tasted like heaven.

I wish we could order pancakes. It would’ve been even better for those of us who don’t like eggs. Depending on where your room is located, it might get a little noisy, but not impossible to sleep through.

The location of this hotel is superb, right in the heart of the city and in the middle of all the action. The staff was polite and helpful although the level of English is not the best. The decoration is absolutely beautiful and restaurant on the roof adds a beautiful touch. The breakfast is also served on the roof and is sure to fulfil your stomach before the activities of the day.

The only so called negative feedback I have about this hotel is the size of the rooms. You don't have much free space in the room so you end up spending most of the time on the bed. However, this wasn't an issue as we spent most of our time outside exploring the city and the nearby islands.

The property was SO clean, beautiful, and comfortable. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the kindest, most welcoming people and a delicious free drink. The check in process was a breeze and our heavy bags were taken to our room for us. The room and bathroom were spotlessly cleaned to perfection and the beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, the pool and hot tub on the roof were unbelievable, and even as 2 solo young girls, we felt so incredibly safe the entire time and there was always a guard at the front door of the hotel even when we came home super late. The customer service was 11 out of 10! The staff really made this experience so magnificent and we can’t say enough nice things about them. We only wish we remembered all of their names, so we could brag about them more, but shout out to Jose who we saw every day during our stay and who was so kind, accommodating, and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again when we return to beautiful Cartagena!

Everything looked clean, sharp and new! Very accommodating staff too! The location was superb! In the heart of old town Just minutes away from everything.

Nothing. I really liked everything.

Everything was very nice, rooms were small but clean and comfortable. The staff was really friendly, excellent service and I enjoyed them. I hear other people complain about the noise but I slept pretty good at night and didn’t have any issues of noise. However, remember you are in a party city area so noise is to be expected. The location is perfect and close to everything.

more food options. granted I am very picky but would like some more options. pizza, burgers, fries and not just fancy food.

the property is great. right in the middle of the beauty old city. the only downside is that it does get quite Blai at night but that is to be expected but nothing we couldn’t sleep through. the service was top notch. very kind and welcoming even from beginning to end. wonderful staff. always smiling and willing to help. would definitely stay again. thank you for everything.

the noisy street people late at night. very pronounce even on the 3rd floor.

- The room are cute and the bed are really comfortable - The shower is amazing - The staff is really competent, helpful nice and available when you have a request - The breakfast was really good and offer a large options of food - The pool and Jacuzzi are a bit small but there are not busy so it’s not a problem and the view is amazing! - overall it was a really good stay!

We were greeted with water and a delicious snack at check-in. The restaurant had a wonderful breakfast that is included. There is a rooftop that gives a nice view of the city. The location was outstanding! It is right near the Clock Tower and it was easy to get everywhere we needed to go. The staff spoke English well and were very helpful with everything we needed -- they gave us beach towels when we asked, helped us to book a taxi to the airport and were always very friendly. The shower was lovely and room was nice.

The wifi was terrible. We were connected the first night and it worked well. After that we kept getting something saying that we were connected without internet. We asked the staff and they said to forget the password and try again or restart the phone but neither worked. They showed us that it was working on their phone but that wasn't really helpful.
