A quite, beautiful and small intimate place, in the middle of the historic centre. It’s ideal in its location, near historic sites, wonderful restaurants and stores, it even has a convenient store across the street. The hotel was spotless clean, and the rooms are beautiful. But I think the most important thing is the staff, friendly, helpful, great recommendations and they go out of their way to help, we left a shopping bag on another store, we realised until we got back to the hotel, and they sent one of them to look for it and found it. The relationship cost/gain is worth it.

Perfect location, friendly, professional and attentive staff, new facilities, clean, excellent wifi, good breakfast was included. The pictures don't make a justice. I booked a budget room, was unaware that it's situated next to a reception. Unfortunately, it was quite noisy during the night. However, Indira was able to find a bigger and quieter room for me next day! She also helped me to book a taxi to go back to the airport! I would love to come back and would also recommend to my fellow travelers.

These are rather recommendations to the property managers: better pictures of the property would make a difference: "please clean/do not disturb " tags to conserve resources and provide peace to your guests; safety box

The location was excellent - right in the heart of the old town. The first night we had a room with a balcony on the main street which let you watch the street below. Fun for one night but a little noisy to sleep through and they were happy to change our room to a quieter one at the back of the hotel. Breakfast is around the corner at a French cafe breakfast spot with total social-worthy decor.

There are stairs - no elevator but the staff helped with bags.

Great location!! and I really mean it, close to the pier, the wall city and Getsemani neighborhood.

breakfast is a subcontract on a local restaurant around the corner and it starts at 7:30 am. Although it was a good breakfast but starts too late for the ones that want to catch the ferry to the islands.

Staff were nice and check in was easy. 24/7 manned reception. Good location within the walled city. Large room with balcony.

Bathroom was ridiculously small. I’m average size and I couldn’t fit into the shower cubicle. Very noisy outside in the street. One of our rooms had no window. Breakfast was very basic and not in the hotel but around the corner with voucher.

Nice and well located hotel. Clean and modern rooms. Nice staff, always willing to help. The beakfast (outside the hotel) is excellent. In walking distance to major attractions, mini-markets, etc.

No complaints.

Everything close by just its abit noisy because of the clubs but by 5 you can sleep in peace 😂, value also good for the stay

street noisy till 3am. Heritage door has bad sound transmission. Some deficiency issues in finishing construction.

Great location, great air conditioner, and nice, spacious, clean room.

There was a leak in the bathroom which wouldn’t have really mattered but since the bathroom is quite small, it was hard to move around the leak easily.
