The hotel is clean and the staff is very helpful. Breakfast is simple but good and included with the room. They also offer a good shuttle service to and from the airport.

The location does not have many things to do. There is a McDonald's across the street, that is basically it.

The front desk staff were very warm and welcoming! That's a big deal for me, and I was more than pleased. The breakfast was also pretty good. The selection is small but it's tasty and it filled me up until the evening. It is very clean, has lots of plants and is close to th airport. As a solo female young woman in a foreign country, I felt very safe and at home. It's also very quiet!

I was disappointed to find the room didn't have a fridge, microwave nor a TV. This is room is just to have a safe and clean place to sleep, nothing more. Also, there aren't any nice views. My window faced a parking lot and some construction(that I didn't hear).

Spotlessly clean in all areas. Twin double beds. Locally there are two shopping centres with wide range of eateries. Breakfast was good - buffet style Costa Rican. The staff were helpful with trying to call other locations where we may have left something. Great transit hotel

The Wifi wasnt great and the TV impossible. We didnt want to go far as it was our last night in Costa Rica and an early start was due. The airport transfer is not free so we took an Uber. USD 16 for the hotel transfer against USD5 for the Uber - 2 persons plus luggage.

Room was clean and orderly, updated yet simple but not sparse. Hotel was modernized and clean. Staff was excellent and friendly. Location is great for local conveniences and easy access to and from the airport if needed. They have a shuttle for a modest fee. Breakfast was good and well tended (cereals, fruits, eggs, meats, rice and beans, coffee, tea, juices, etc.). Needed a place to stay between flights, and this place delivered. I would definitely book again.

The hotel and room were both very clean. The location is about 10 mins from the airport but often 20mins because of the traffic (airport shuttle is an additional $16). The gym was good - had the basics needed for a good workout. The bedroom was basic but functional and good (no mini fridge). It was all very good and would definitely recommend for the night before / after a flight or for a lay over.

I was told that the airport shuttle would be included in my package but upon arrival I was informed that it would be an extra $16, if I’d known this beforehand I would have stayed elsewhere.

We had to check out before breakfast but it was good based on a previous stay. Reception desk staff were quite friendly and helpful. Room was spotless.

Cost for airport shuttle is $20, quite expensive. Also bathroom towels need some updating as they were thin and had ragged edges

The breakfast is a typical Costa Rican. Bean, rice and scrambled eggs. Was very disappointing. Almost no any other way. Just fck rice, bean, eggs... And no espresso cafe there. Nor for money.

Very convenient to the airport, a good basic hotel with everything you need for just a quick stopover. Breakfast was complete and had awesome fresh juice!

It was a little more run down than we were expecting from the photos and reviews, but it was our stay was still very good.

Friendly and helpful staff, nice room and great breakfast! This is the best place to stay in San Jose if you are traveling back or to the airport. Staff is great, helped us to save storage our surfboards and got us a nice transfer to the airport.

Excellent access to airport and support services at walking distance (supermarket, restaurants). Serves perfectly well and excellent value for an overnight stay for next day flight. Being on beside the main San José makes it easy and quick to get to airport, shopping malls, city center and restaurants.

Beds are a bit small (I rented a standard room for 4 PAX ), we were a bit tight, but for a couple of hours sleep it served the purpose.
