Cecilia was so sweet to us when I informed her we would be arriving late due to flight delays. she waited for us and immediately showed us our rooms. after 12 hours traveling, alls we wanted was a comfy bed, and they delivered. we were only there for a short time but the property is beautiful. we had a home cooked breakfast on the terrace.

not anyones fault but our WAZE app kept trying to get us to make a non existent right turn off the highway. we had to completely circle back to find. it’s a little off the beaten path and driving in pitch black in foreign country is a not recommended

Perfect for a. overnight stop in San Jose 10 mins from airport On route 1 so easy to get out of San Jose next day very friendly and helpful hosts A selection of restaurants 10 minutes walk away Intended to leave at 7am to catch ferry at La Pavlona, host advised us to leave at 6am, he was right !

Bathroom floor very slippery

Quiet, close to airport, great place to arrive late at night and wake up to lovely tropical surroundings even though you're in the city. Cecilia (I think?) was lovely and charming to our five-year old and told her to call her grandma. Wonderful breakfast.

Nothing really. It's not a super fancy hotel but also not a dive. Clean, comfy, pleasant surroundings, lovely people. A great landing or departure pad in San Jose. I wish we had stayed again on our return, as our accommodations weren't nearly so nice.

The area is beautiful with a golf course view...the only thing is to walk to the nearest restaurant is a 15 minute walk so its great if it is sunny - not so much when it is raining!

Great location near the airport. Overlooking the golf course which was great for a stroll and our daughters loved it. The staff was above and beyond. So welcoming, extremely nice and helping more than we could ever expect.

A delicious typical breakfast was included. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, very clean and relaxing with a garden view. It's a small family run hotel so any issue is resolved quickly. We have stayed here many times while visiting San Jose.

good location near to San Jose airport. we only spent one night here and checked out early for our flight. it was perfect for our needs and everyone was charming and very helpful. We appreciated the water and juice in the room. 10 minutes walk to a great pizza restaurant called Moose.

Warm and welcoming staff. Exceptional service. Room as VERY spacious, clean and had nice touches, like real dishes and silverware, flowers, and complimentary drinks in the fridge. The hotel grounds are beautiful and lush. It is located in a very quiet, upscale neighborhood, with neighborhood security. Walking distance to a small shopping area with restaurants and a grocery. Very easy to get onto the highway and to the airport.

The rooms look a little dated.

Our flight arrived at 10PM and this hotel was absolutely perfect as it was just a few minutes away from the airport and yet worlds away. Formerly a private residence on a golf course, the owners have converted the bedrooms into bed and breakfast style lodging. Breakfast was cooked to order by the owners whose hospitality was warm and gracious. Why stay at a chain hotel when you can get a unique Costa Rican experience? It's very comfortable, affordable and perfectly located.

The place needs a little updating.

We loved the feel of being home there. Robert was so nice and seriously went out of his way to make our family feel at home. We stayed four nights and would return mainly as the people who run this are exceptional and the location to airport it great. Breakfast was wonderful as well
