The staff was friendly. They had free surfboard and chairs you could use to take to the beach for free. The area was up on a hill which made for a perfect view. The breakfast had several options and it was made fresh when you ordered. I loved that it was not sitting out. The area had mango trees so it attracted monkeys. That was so cool to hear in the morning. The location is walking distance to the beach and town. It's not a 5 star hotel but is close it over one due to its quaintness and little extras. Thee lettuce point was perfect.

The room was a little small for 2 people to move around but who really stays in the room. The cable for TV didn't work well.

Wow! This place was a 5 star resort to us. Right across the street from the beach and the pool/swim up bar overlooking the ocean was incredible. The room was large, modern and clean. It was also quiet. We were there mid week. I here there's a party on Friday nights at the bar, so I am not sure it would be so quiet then. For the price- you can't beat this place. Breakfast was meh, but otherwise it was a win. I loved hitting the smoothie bar downtown and the brewery across the road.

The hotel is located at the begining of the town, 10 minute on foot to the center. The beach is just crossing the road and the swimming pool has great views of the surrondings. The rooms are spacious and quiet, and have a good bathroom and amenities. The breakfast is good and you can chose what you like from several kind of breakfasts. The man at the front desk is very helpful and kind and gave us a lot of infromationa and help when we needed.

This is not a claim, just an advice. On friday nights they have a party at swimming pool with two ambiences, disco and latin. Is very funy but if you look for resting, maybe it could be difficult, because the music stops at 2.30 am. We enjoyed the party for a while, and then went to rest with no problems.

great views, loved the pool with swim up bar. The first two rooms I stayed in were ok, but the 3rd room I locked down was amazing, great view, big, clean, awesome patio beside the pool. breakfast brought to my room was ok as well. Bartender Andres was a cool dude, always up for some good banter.

Some might not like the loud party on Friday nights, I did not mind it since it was only 1 day a week. it was right beside my room, I did not like much of the music so I did not get into the vibe.

The hotel pool was great and the workers were so kind and friendly. One server told us about Costa Rica and different things about his country. The view from the balcony was beautiful and had a great view of the sunset.

The location was a little further from the city center than I would have preferred but it was still walking distance. The sleigh bed was extremely load and not needed/didn't fit the style of the beach hotel.

lovely, spacious air conditioned rooms, we had a sea view. great pool area with swim up bar which was never too crowded. Free surf board hire and very good lesson rates through a surf company connected with the hotel. Walking distance to everything.

only down side was having to pre book a breakfast slot, very hard to predict each morning what time we would want it. didn't allow for flexibility of plans.

the property’s location is amazing. Although, it is not the most accessible hotel in town. there are quite a few steps or steep hill to climb to get to the rooms. Breakfast is great and easy to arrange.

I wish the hotel would be a bit more upfront about their Friday night party (9pm to 2am). Since most of the town closes between 10pm and midnight, the hotel becomes quite busy. We felt bad for people staying near the pool.

Nice ocean view although not on the beach. Very nice size pool and deck with a comfortable bar area. Simple but good breakfast brought to room on time. All employees very nice. Note BIG load party on Fridays fun but load till 3:00am.

After checking in walking up driveway to room area was a little challenging. Short walk to beach and central town is along busy road with path but no sidewalk.

Breakfast was delicious and you get 5 options to choose from. Eat at restaurant or in room. The staff is very friendly at reception and provide great recommendations The location is very central and walking distance to restaurants, beaches

cannot check in before 3pm its always full Room needs some upgrades we stayed on level 400, lots of ants. Woke up at 3am to go to the washroom and saw a BIG cockroach right beside our bed

The rooms had very nice and comfortable beds, ac, nice bathroom and everything! Also the staff was really nice and breakfast was included. The Pool area was really nice as well and everything was kept super clean.

We had some ants in our room, but the staff was really helpful and got rid of them with bug spray. The breakfast was on the simple side and not super big, but still very good!
